Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia has received a lot of recognition regarding the management of human capital. In the 2016 Indonesian Human Capital Study (IHCS), PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk received six accolades regarding human resources management. To attain excellent employee performance, a company need to have a close observation on their organizational culture and existing knowledge sharing activities while managing their employees performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance, examine and analyze the positive influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance, examine and analyze the positive influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing, and the last to examine and analyze the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance through knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. This study used 50 employees consisting from 13 different divisions of the 5th Region of PT. Telkom Indonesia. The data collected were then analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The result shows that organizational culture has no significant positive effect to the employee’s performance. On the other hand, knowledge sharing has significant positive effect on the employee’s performance. While organizational culture has significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. Thus, knowledge sharing can act as intervening variable between organizational culture and the employee’s performance.
