PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN DAN KEBIJAKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2015-2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leverage, firm size, investment decisions,and managerial ownership on the value of mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017.This research’s data source taken from the company’s annual report in the IDX’s website. The samplingtechnique used was purposive sampling and obtained 11 companies with 33 sample unit from the object ofresearch mining sector listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The data analyzed usingmultiple linear regression technique with SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate thatleverage (DER), dividend policy (DPR), and managerial ownership has significant positive effect on firm’svalue, firm size has significant negative effect on firm’s value, while investment decisions (CAPEX) has nosignificant effect on firm’s value.Keywords: capital expenditure; financial ratio; managerial policy; PBV.
