Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through commitment affective in PT. SMART Tbk Refinery Surabaya. This research is causal and uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 55 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The measurement scale of this study uses a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate organizational culture influences employee performance. Organizational culture influences affective commitment. Affective commitment does not affect employee performance. Organizational culture doesnt affect employee performance through affective commitment.
