GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI DIMENSI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Abstract

A leader at the company carries out several management functions, namely planning, organizing, controlling,
and leading in accordance with the authority they have and the scope of their responsibilities. This study uses a
quantitative method with a sample size of 66 laborer of PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Bangkalan. The
analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS3 software. The results revealed
that (1) transformational leadership style had a significant positive effect on the dimensions of organization
commitment, (2) affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment had no effect on
employee performance,(3) the dimensions of organizational commitment was unable to mediate the relationship
of leadership style influence transformational to employee performance.
