Analisis Pengaruh Quality of Work Life dan Mutasi Karyawan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Mojokerto
Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of quality of work-life and employee transfer on job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Mojokerto. This research is causal-comparative and uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 34 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression. The measurement scale of this study uses a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate the quality of work-life influences job satisfaction. Employee transfer does not affect job satisfaction. The quality of work-life and the employee transfer influences job satisfaction. Keywords: employee transfer; job satisfaction; quality of work life.PDF Downloads: 187
