Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of quality of work-life and employee transfer on job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Mojokerto. This research is causal-comparative and uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 34 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression. The measurement scale of this study uses a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate the quality of work-life influences job satisfaction. Employee transfer does not affect job satisfaction. The quality of work-life and the employee transfer influences job satisfaction. Keywords: employee transfer; job satisfaction; quality of work life.
