Abstract

The purpose of this was to study and analyze emotional intelligence on employee performance through work-life balance at PT. Hasil Bantuan Cipta Perdana Gresik. It is a causality study. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample’s total of 35 respondents in the employee of PT. Hasil Bantuan Cipta Perdana Gresik. The statistical analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study explain that emotional intelligence has a positive significant relation to employee performance. Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has not been proven to have a mediating role.
