PENGARUH DIMENSI WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PT. GARAM (PERSERO)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the Work-life Balance dimension on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. GARAM (Persero) Surabaya Administration Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 50 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research are Work Echnanment with Personal Life (WEPL) influences employee performance and job satisfaction. Personal Life Planning with Work (PLEW) does not affect employee performance. Personal Life Enhancement with Work (PLEW) influence Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between Personal Life Enhancement and Work (PLEW) and employee performance, but it does not succeed in mediating the relationship between Work Enhancement and Personal Life (WEPL) and employee performance.
