Abstract

PT. Tridaya Perkasa Prima is a national private company active in the construction field, repair service, and care, especially on the mechanical, electrical, electronic and plumbing. PT. Tridaya Perkasa Prima was established in 2015. Based in Bratang Gede, Surabaya. PT. Tridaya Perkasa Prima imparts high integrity to all personnel with integrity that is because it can be upheld moral and ethical and professional services provided the standard. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the workload and job stress on the performance of an employee at PT. Tridaya Perkasa Prima. The research is research causality with a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique using 42 samples. Statistical analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis with the multiple SPSS version 23. The result of this research explains that the stress and workloads had a positive impact on employee performance. Implication research that can be applied to companies is the company can perform the low level of analysis to know high workload heavy workload employees. In addition, a company can perform routine evaluation nd programs with refresh rates in gathering done outside of town so that employees do not feel a degree of stress that is too high.
