Abstract

The Increasing of the number of companies competing for the maximum profit make a company’s management concern of theperformance of their employees. One of the way is by establishing agood work environment and motivationate. Thus a company cancompete in this globalization era. This study aims to examine andanalyze whether the effect of work environment on employeeperformance through motivation studies at the Department of ApronMove Control PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch JuandaInternational Airport. The Sampling techniques is using saturatedsampling techniques with thirty eight respondents. Methods ofstatistical analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) PLS with SMARTPLS software. Based on causality test found a significant positiveeffect of work environment on employee performance and motivation.Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance ofemployees. Keywords: work environment, motivation, employee performance.
