The results showed the acquisition of material expert validation scores of 86.81% classified as "Very Strong", language experts 90.55% classified as "Very Strong", and 81.11% of graphics experts classified as "Very Strong". The results of the students' response of 90.66% were classified as "Very Strong" and the teacher's response of 89.33% was classified as "Very Strong". Thus, this research, namely E-Modules for Correspondence subjects based on Project Based Learning, is suitable for use in learning and is expected to achieve the learning objectives that have been set.
Wuni Handayani, Siti Sri Wulandari ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/55208 Sun, 12 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Developing The Instrument of E-Learning Evaluation: Study at Vocational School https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/57503
This study aims to develop an instrument for the evaluation of e-learning with Learning Management System (LMS) in vocation school majoring in office administration. The instrument development from CSE-UCLA evaluation model. The sample used was cluster random sampling technique, taken at the small-scale trial stage were 85 respondents and wide-scale trial stage 235 respondents. The instrument was validated employing Aiken, construct validation used was EFA and CFA, Cronbach Alpha was employed the reliability. The result showed that there were five instrument constructs for implementating e-learning. The content validity using the Aiken index indicated a valid item. The validity of the instrument construct was conducted using EFA with a KMO value of 0.751 and each item had an anti-image coefficient >0.5 which means the factor analysis requirements for future met. The fit model based on the CFA result showed the value of Chi-square (X^2) = 239.61, df = 179, P-value = 0.416, RMSEA = 0.000. The loading factor value was 0.41-0.89 (>0.30) which meant that the item was valid. The reliability of the instrument showed a value of 0.791 that all instruments developed were reliable
Arief Nurrahman, Meita Dwi Cahyani, Lisa Nurfatmawati, Hendri Wibowo ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/57503 Thu, 07 Dec 2023 09:18:59 +0000 The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Perception of Teacher Profession on Teaching Interest: Study on Bachelor Students of Office Administration Education https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/57462
This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on interest in becoming a teacher among students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, Surabaya State University, the influence of perceptions of the teaching profession on interest in becoming a teacher among students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, Surabaya State University, and the influence of self-efficacy and perceptions of the teacher profession towards students' interest in becoming teachers at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Surabaya State University. Therefore, the student’s academic performance improved. This study tested the effectiveness of the blind system method assisted by 10-fast fingers learning media in improving students' performance and engagement. This study used a treatment-by-level design (T-LD). Seventy-three respondents were undergraduate students of business administration at Politeknik Balekambang Jepara. The data were collected through practicum tests and questionnaires. An independent sample test was used for data analysis. This study finds that 10-fast fingers learning media can improve students' cognitive and psychomotor performance. Thus, this medium is effective as a keyboard learning medium for improving student performance. The findings also found that 10-fast fingers media were able to increase student involvement in learning process activities. Therefore, this study concludes that the use of 10fastfingers media can improve academic performance and student engagement.
Mar'atus Sholikah, Ahmad Mubais, Indra Kurniawan, Anis Susanti ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/57533 Thu, 07 Dec 2023 12:47:02 +0000 Profile of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) on Pre-Service Teachers in Higher Education https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/57774
This research aims to determine the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) profile of pre-service teachers at the Economics Education Study Program at Jenderal Soedirman University. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey research design type. The population is 3rd, 5th, and 7th-semester students and the sample is 111. To measure TPACK, 50 statements have been prepared based on the indicators of each TPACK component and are declared valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results show that the seven components of TPACK are classified as good, two components are more prominent, namely TK and TCK, while the lowest component is CK. These results provide input that in the lecture process there needs to be emphasis on mastering the material and integrating technology into learning.
Aldila Krisnaresanti, Eeng Ahman, Disman Disman ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/57774 Mon, 18 Dec 2023 14:11:06 +0000 Epistemology of Paradigms for Positivism, Interpretivism, and Action Research in Educational Research: A Literature Review https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/58634
This paper elaborates on three popular paradigms in educational research: positivism, interpretive, and action research. I epistemologically elucidate the three paradigms through literature reviews and provide ideas and criticisms. Positivistic with their objective postulate that explains empirically are usually related to behaviour, interpretive with its contextual power, and action research with participatory arguments and dialectics process. This paper does not claim that there is only one best approach to educational research. However, it provides a philosophical overview of each paradigm.
Mustofa Mustofa ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/joa/article/view/58634 Tue, 30 Jan 2024 05:00:07 +0000
