PENGARUH INTRINSIC MOTIVATION DAN LEARNING OUTCOMES TERHADAP STUDENT BUSINESS ONLINE INTEREST PROGRAM STUDI BISNIS DARING DAN PEMASARAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 SURABAYA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intrinsic motivation dan learning outcomes terhadap student business online interest program studi bisnis daring dan pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 68 siswa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Forms yang dibagikan kepada siswa kelas XI program studi Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh variabel intrinsic motivation (X1) terhadap variabel student business online interest (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,008 < 0,05 dan adanya pengaruh variabel learning outcomes (X2) terhadap variabel student business online interest (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,046 < 0,05. Secara simultan, intrinsic motivation (X1) dan learning outcomes (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap student business online interest dengan nilai 0,003 < 0,05.
