PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERNEGOSIASI MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI
Abstract
To be successfull in communicating, someone needs intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills. Interpersonal communication is the face to face interaction between two or more people in which the sender can deliver messages directly and the recipient can receive and respond directly. That interpersonal communication can run smoothly and get the expected result, both the sender and the recipient needs to have the ability and skills of interpersonal communication, consists of social and behavioral skill. By giving an introductory business, marketing management and salesmanship course, student are expected to be fluent in communicating internationally and should have the ability to negotiate. The aim of this research is to determine the effects of interpersonal communication on negotiation skills of economic faculty state university of surabaya students.
