The research was carried out in the 2022/2023 academic year at SMAN 2 Cilacap. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling technique, in which the determination consists of 70 respondents who are students of class XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 4 and will be tested using an active questionnaire of 19 questions and 15 multiple-choice questions. The results showed that there were differences in the learning activity of class XI IPS students at SMAN 2 Cilacap who were taught using the <em>time token</em> cooperative learning model and the lecture learning model. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The research sample was 107 Accounting students obtained using the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through closed questionnaires and then analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive effect on learning achievement, but self-efficacy cannot moderate the influence of digital literacy on learning achievement. This research also found that self-directed learning has a positive effect on learning achievement and self-efficacy is proven to strengthen the influence of self-directed learning on learning achievement. Creative thinking ability also has a positive effect on learning achievement and self-efficacy can strengthen the influence of creative thinking on learning achievement. Comparative causal research is used to determine each relationship. Data is processed to formulate hypotheses using descriptive methods and regression methods. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Canva application learning media in improving student learning outcomes at MA Ibtidaussalam. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. In the quasi-experimental method, this study used a Nonequivalent Control Group Design consisting of two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The research subjects consisted of 45 students divided into class XI IPS 1 (21 students) and XI IPS 2 (24 students). Data collection techniques use observation, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results showed that the use of Canva application learning media was able to improve the learning outcomes of grade XI social studies students. Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average student learning outcomes between the use of Canva application learning media and the use of conventional media. In addition, the results of&nbsp; the N-Gain score test&nbsp; show that the use of the Canva application is effective. The sample for this research is companies from all industries that are recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which is provide comprehensive company financial reports and annual reports for the 2018–2022 period. This research is a Research and Development study with Thiagarajan's 4-D development model modified to 3D. The development steps carried out by researchers are Definition stage, Design stage and Development stage, with data collection techniques using interviews as initial data, questionnaires and test questions. Validation is carried out by media and material experts. The media developed tested on 35 students of class XI IPS 1 SMA 6 Negeri Banjarmasin using a quasi-experimental method without any comparison class. The research results obtained through the definition, design and development process show that Padlet learning media is very suitable for use in economic learning with media expert validation results and material expert validation results in the very feasible category. The results of the t-test show that student learning outcomes have increased in the average posttest score compared to the average score at the pretest. Apart from teaching skills, readiness to become a teacher is also influenced by the soft skills possessed by students. The aim of this research is to find out whether soft skills have a significant influence on readiness to become a teacher. The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The sample in this study was 109 which was collected using random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this research uses prerequisite analysis tests with normality tests and linearity tests, simple linear regression tests, and determinant coefficients (R<sup>2</sup>). This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive analysis type. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used SPSS Statictics version 25.
