PENERAPAN LAYANAN INFORMASI KARIER MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AMPLOP SERASI UNTUK PEMAHAMAN PERENCANAAN KARIER SISWA KELAS XI IPS-3 SMA NEGERI 2 NGANJUK

Abstract

Pemahaman siswa yang kurang terhadap pemahaman perencanaan karier pada saat duduk di bangku sekolah menengah atas khususnya pada kelas XI mengakibatkan kesulitan untuk melangkah pada jenjang karier selanjutnya setelah lulus dari sekolah menengah atas. Salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan guru BK untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perencanaan karier siswa adalah melaksanakan layanan informasi melalui metode ceramah klasikan dan menempel informasi pada papan pengumuman, namun hasil yang diperoleh belum cukup baik. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa yang mudah dipahami adalah dengan menggunakan suatu permainan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu media yang dapat menarik minat dan mengaktifkan semua siswa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK). Media tersebut adalah permainan amplop serasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perencanaan karier siswa menggunakan amplop serasi dengan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK) pada siswa kelas XI IPS-3. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah permainan amplop serasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perencanaan karier siswa kelas XI IPS-3.

Hasil dari observasi aktivitas guru adalah 100%, observasi aktivitas siswa 100% dan hasil dari lembar kerja siswa adalah sebesar 94,5%. Siswa antusias dan tertarik mengikuti kegiatan pemberian layanan informasi karier menggunakan media amplop serasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa media amplop serasi efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran layanan informasi karier dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK).

Abstract

In the understanding of planning career, students in senior high school especially at XI class difficult to understand about it. They get difficult to step foward to continue their next career after they have graduated from their school. One of the effort that counselings’ teacher did is to increase the students understanding of planning career by doing the information’s service through the classical speech’s method and patch the information to the board but it isn’t enough. One of the way to give them information which easy to be understood is using a game. Because of that media is needed to attrack all the students becomes interested on it and more active by using the research methodology of guidance and counseling behavior. The media that used is a game about the envelope matched.

The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of the students planning career by using the game of envelope matched to the students of XI IPS-3. The final results of this study is the envelope matched to increase the understanding of planning career to the student of XI IPS-3.

The result from the observation of teachers’ activity is 100%, the observation of students’ activity is also 100% and the result from the worksheet of the students understanding is as much as 94,5%. Students were enthuatiastic and interested to follow the activity of giving career’s information service by using media of envelope matched. Based on the data analysis, it can be obtained a conclusion that media of envelope matched is effectively to be used to the learning of career’s information service.
