STUDI TENTANG KONFLIK INTERPERSONAL SISWA DI MTS NEGERI SAMBIROTO MOJOKERTO

Abstract

ABSTRAK

          Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk- bentuk konflik interpersonal siswa di MTs Negeri Sambiroto Mojokerto dan usaha yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan konseling atau konselor sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah coordinator bimbingan konseling, guru bimbingan konseling, dan beberapa siswa yang mengalami konflik di MTs Negeri Sambiroto Mojokerto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dapat dideskripsikan bahwa semua permasalahan yang terjadi di MTs Negeri Sambiroto Mojokerto masih dalam batas kewajaran, tetapi kalau permasalahan itu dibiarkan begitu saja tanpa ada penangganan pada siswa yang sedang mengalami koflik maka masalah akn berlarut – larut dan akan menimbulkan masalah yang sangat serius nantinya. Penyelesaian permasalahan konflik interpersonal yang terjadi di MTs Negeri Sambiroto Mojokerto guru bimbingan konseling hanya memanggil siswa yang bermasalah untuk diberi teguran,penggarahan akibat dari berpacaran tersebut demi masa depan mereka. Dan apabila siswa –siswi yang bersangkutan masih melakukan berpacaran di lingkungan sekolah maka guru bimbingan konseling akan memanggil orang tua siswa –siswi yang bersangkutan, tanpa diberi layanan mediasi.

ABSTRACT

Research goal is to find out other forms of interpersonal conflict at MTs Sambiroto Student Affairs Mojokerto and work done by teachers or school counselors guidance counseling. This type of research is descriptive. The subjects in this research is the coordinator of guidance counseling, guidance counseling, teacher and some students who have experienced conflict Mojokerto at MTs Sambiroto Country. Engineering data collection using interviews and documentation. From the results of research already done can be described that all problems occurred at MTs Sambiroto Country still within the limits of reasonableness of Mojokerto, but if the issue was left for granted without any penangganan on students who are going through the trouble of conflict are to be berlarut-soluble and would pose a very serious problem later. Solving problems of interpersonal conflict that took place in MTs Countries Sambiroto Mojokerto teacher student counseling just calling the problematic to given a reprimand, penggarahan a result of these for the sake of the future of dating them.  And if the students – student in question was doing dating in school environment so teachers guidance counseling will call the student – student's parents are concerned, without being given a mediation service.
