KONSELING KOGNITIF PERILAKU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN RESILIENSI AKADEMIK: KAJIAN LITERATUR
Abstract
This research aims to explore how cognitive behavioral counseling techniques can increase academic resilience in individuals. Academic resilience refers to an individual's ability to overcome academic challenges and achieve their learning goals. emphasizes the role of individual thought patterns and behavior in facing challenging situations. By understanding and changing negative thought patterns and developing adaptive behaviors, individuals can strengthen their mental and emotional resilience. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore individual experiences in using to increase academic resilience. Participants were selected through purposive sampling and data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation. Data were analyzed using a thematic approach to identify thematic patterns that emerged from the data. The research results show that can be an effective means of increasing academic resilience in individuals. Cognitive restructuring techniques help individuals to identify and change negative thought patterns that may hinder them from achieving learning goals. Apart from that, also helps individuals to develop adaptive skills such as stress management, problem-solving, and effective communication. This research makes an important contribution in understanding howcan be used to increase academic resilience in individuals. The findings of this study can be used to develop more effective counseling practices in helping individuals overcome academic challenges and achieve their learning goals.
