EFEKTIVITAS BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK CINEMA THERAPY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ACADEMIC SELF-EFFICACY SISWA SMK
Abstract
Academic self-efficacy is the belief that a person can achieve goals or achievement results that will have an impact on his life. This study aims to determine that group guidance cinema therapy techniques are effective for increasing academic self-efficacy of vocational students. This study used a quantitative approach of pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design. Data collection used a questionnaire to measure the level of academic self-efficacy of SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya students. Non-parametric statistics Wilcoxon test was used as a data analysis technique to test the hypothesis. The subjects in this study were 8 X TKJ 1 students with high, medium, and low academic self-efficacy levels. In this study, there were changes in the subject's academic self-efficacy as indicated by an increase in the average score of 10.25 points before and after treatment. Based on the findings of the Wilcoxon test, the Asymp Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.012. Because 0.012 is smaller than 0.05, it shows that Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be said that the cinema therapy group guidance technique is effective for increasing the academic self-efficacy of vocational students.
