Perencanaan karier menjadi aspek krusial dalam perkembangan siswa SMK yang memerlukan bimbingan komprehensif untuk mempersiapkan transisi ke dunia kerja atau pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk e-modul "SKEMA" (Sosial Kognitif Karier E-Modul Aspiratif) yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas meliputi kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan, dan kepatutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Research and Development Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi lima tahap, yaitu: penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, uji coba awal, dan revisi produk. E-modul dikembangkan dalam format flipbook digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan Heyzine, dengan pendekatan Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) yang menekankan pada efikasi diri, harapan hasil, dan tujuan pribadi. Berdasarkan uji validasi diperoleh hasil akseptabilitas oleh ahli materi 94,5%, ahli media 92%, calon pengguna praktisi (guru BK) 94%, dan calon pengguna (siswa) 92%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul "SKEMA" telah memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas dengan kategori sangat baik dan layak diimplementasikan dalam layanan bimbingan karier di SMK.

Abstract

Career planning is a crucial aspect of vocational high school students' development that requires comprehensive guidance to prepare for the transition to the workforce or higher education. This research aims to produce an e-module product named "SKEMA" (Social Cognitive Career Aspirational E-Module) that meets acceptability criteria including usefulness, feasibility, accuracy, and appropriateness. The research method used is the Borg & Gall Research and Development model simplified into five stages: research and data collection, planning, initial product development, preliminary testing, and product revision. The e-module was developed in a digital flipbook format using Canva and Heyzine applications, with a Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) approach emphasizing self-efficacy, outcome expectations, and personal goals. Based on validation testing, acceptability results were obtained from material experts at 94.5%, media experts at 92%, practitioner users (guidance counselors) at 94%, and student users at 92%. Thus, it can be concluded that the "SKEMA" e-module has met the acceptability criteria with an excellent category and is suitable for implementation in career guidance services at vocational high schools.
