PERBEDAAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA ANTARA MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE EXAMPLE NON EXAMPLE DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONVENSIONAL PADA MATA PELAJARAN KONSTRUKSI BANGUNAN KELAS X TGB SMK NEGERI 1 SIDOARJO

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman modern menuntut adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari pendidikan menengah kejuruan adalah meningkatkan kecerdasan, pengetahuan, kepribadian, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan hidup mandiri. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran satu arah sehingga hanya berpusat pada guru, maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan model pembelajaran example non example untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa.

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan “posttest control design”. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah X TGB 1 dengan jumlah siswa 34 dan kelas X TGB 2 dengan jumlah siswa 36. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu berupa uji persyaratan, tes kognitif, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t.

Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran untuk pertemuan pertama memiliki hasil skor 64% dan pertemuan kedua 67% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Analisis kegiatan siswa belajar pada pertemuan pertama memliki hasil skor sebesar 66% dan untuk pertemuan kedua sebesar 66% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil uji persyaratan menyatakan bahwa uji homogenitas untuk posttest pertama F-hitung lebih besar F-Tabel (2,33 ≥ 1,79) sehingga varians dinyatakan tidak homogen sedangkan posttest kedua F-hitung lebih kecil F-tabel (1,098 ≤ 1,77) sehingga varians dinyatakan homogen dengan taraf kesalahan ( 5%). Analisis hipotesis untuk posttest pertama T-hitung lebih kecil dibanding T-tabel (0,759 ≤ 2,033), sedangkan untuk posttest kedua memiliki hasil yang sama. Yakni, T-hitung lebih kecil dibanding T-tabel (1,197 ≤ 1,996) Jadi Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi, kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas eskperimen dan kelas kontrol.

Abstract

As the development of the modern age demands qualified human resources. The purpose of vocational education is to improve intelligence, knowledge, personality, character, and independent living skills. The background of this research is a learning process that is used is still learning methods in one direction so that only centered on the teacher, so in this study used a model example of non example of learning to see the difference in student learning outcomes.

This research was experimental design "posttest control design". When the study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017.  The sample in this research is the X TGB 1 by the number of students 34 and class X TGB 2 by the number of students 36. Data collection techniques are in the form of test requirements, cognitive tests and questionnaires.  Data were analyzed using t-test.

The test results stated that the requirements of homogeneity for the first posttest F-count is greater F-table (2.33 ≥ 1.79) so that the variance is expressed not homogenous, whereas the second posttest smaller F-test F-table (1.098 ≤ 1.77) so that the otherwise homogeneous variance with standard error ( 5%).  Analysis of the hypothesis for the first posttest T-count smaller than the T-table (0.759 ≤ 2.065), while for the second posttest have the same result.  Namely, T-count smaller than the T-table (1.197 ≤ 1.996) So Ho rejected and Ha accepted.  So, the conclusion there is a difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class and control class.
