PENGARUH PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN) DAN MATA PELAJARAN MENGGAMBAR PERANGKAT LUNAK TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENGHADAPI DUNIA KERJA DRAFTER SISWA JURUSAN TEKNIK GAMBAR BANGUNAN DI SMK NEGERI 5 SURABAYA

Abstract

Kerja dalam bidang drafter adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang diniminati siswa SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. SMK sebagai lembaga pendidikan tingkat menengah yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan tamatan yang memiliki pengetahuan, sikap dan akhlak mulia serta kompetensi yang berstandar nasional dan global sehingga perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya melalui berbagai program yang relevan dengan kebutuhan nyata pada masyarakat.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini bersifat regresi yang bertujuan untuk mencari kuatnya atau besarnya pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) dan Menggambar Perangkat Lunak sebagai variabel independen terhadap Kesiapan menghadapi dunia Kerja sebagai variabel dependen di SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. Waktu dan tempat penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XIII jurusan bangunan bidang keahlian teknik gambar bangunan tahun ajaran 2014/2015 SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya dengan jumlah sampel 41 siswa dari 84 populasi yang ada.

Hasil analisis uji regresi hasil  PRAKERIN terhadap nilai Kesiapan Kerja adalah sebesar 0,026 yang dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi ganda sebagai berikut: Y= 68,786 + 0,026X₁ + 0,213X₂, dimana Y sebagai Variabel kesiapan kerja dan X₁ sebagai variabel nilai prakerin. Pengaruh hasil belajar mata pelejaran menggambar dengan perangkat lunak terhadap Kesiapan Kerja adalah sebesar 0,213 yang dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi ganda sebagai berikut: Y= 68,786 + 0,026X₁ + 0,213X₂, di mana Y sebagai variabel Kesiapan Kerja dan X₂ sebagai variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran menggambar dengan perangkat lunak. Variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran menggambar perangkat lunak (X₂) dan nilai PRAKERIN (X₁) dapat mempengaruhi nilai Kesiapan Kerja Drafter (Y) sebesar 8,7%

Abstract

Work in the field of drafter is one of favorit students state vocational schools 5 Surabaya. SMK as an institution level educational medium was intended to produce tamatan who has knowledge, attitudes and attitude noble and competence standard national and global so that needs to be improved its quality in various activities of relevance to the real needs of to the community.

This research used a quantitative approach . Design regression this research is aiming to find strong or how major between variables , in the influence of work practices industry ( prakerin ) and drawing software to be independent variable to better prepare for the world of work as variable dependent on state 5 surabaya .Time and place the study is done at a student xiii of the fields of expertise technique picture a building academic year 2014 / 2015 state 5 surabaya the 41 students from 84 population that is.

The analysis regression prakerin test results on the readiness employment is worth 0,026 that can be seen from the regression equation double as follows: y = 68,786 + 0,026x1 + 0,213x2 , where he as variable readiness of work and x1 as variable prakerin value .The study results pelejaran draw with the software against readiness employment is worth 0,213 that can be seen from the regression equation double as follows: y = 68,786 + 0,026x1 + 0,213x2 , where he as variable readiness of work and x2 as variable study results subjects draw with software .The study results subjects drawing software ( x2 ) and value prakerin ( x1 ) can affect the readiness work drafter ( y ) of 8,7 %.
