PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF DENGAN TEKNIK ANALYZE CASE STUDIES PADA MATERI MEKANIKA TEKNIK KELAS X KGSP SMK NEGERI 2 SURABAYA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang dua hal yaitu: (1) Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif dengan Teknik Analyze Case Studies pada pembelajaran Mekanika Teknik. (2) Peningkatan hasil belajar Mekanika Teknik siswa.

Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan One-Shot Case Study. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi dan tes. Observasi bertujuan utuk menjaring data keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan tes untuk menjaring prestasi belajar Mekanika Teknik siswa.

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: (1) pembelajaran Mekanika Teknik terlaksana dengan baik, karena nilai keterlaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran pada pertemuan 1 = 77 % menempati kriteria Baik dengan bobot nilai = 4, sedangkan pertemuan 2 = 83 % dan pertemuan 3 = 85 % menempati kriteria Sangat Baik dengan bobot nilai = 5. (2) hasil belajar Mekanika Teknik siswa secara klasikal > nilai KKM = 75 karena nilai ketuntasan belajar klasikal = 78,51 %; mean = 83,25; nilai maksimal = 90; nilai minimal = 65; modus = 87,96; dan median = 86,32. Data hasil penelitian tidak terdistribusi secara normal, karena nilai chi kuadrat tabel = 11,070 < nilai chi kuadrat hitung = 61,27.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe two things, there are: (1) Application of Active Learning Strategy with Case Study Analysis Technique on learning Mechanical Engineering. (2) Improved learning outcomes of students' Mechanical Engineering.

The research used descriptive and quantitative methods. Research design using One-Shot Case Study. Data were collected using observation and test methods. Observation aims to capture the data of learning and test subjects to capture students' Mechanical Engineering achievement.

The result of data analysis shows: (1) the learning of Mechanical Engineering is done well, because the value of learning activity implementation at meeting 1 = 77 % occupies Good criterion with weight of value = 4, while meeting 2 = 83 % and meeting 3 = 85 % occupies criterion Very Good with weight of value = 5. (2) Learning result of student Mechanical Engineering classically > value of KKM = 75, because classical learning completeness value = 78,51 %; mean = 83.25; maximum value = 90; minimum value = 65; mode = 87.96; and median = 86,32. The data of the research results are not normally distributed, because the chi squared table value = 11,070 < chi square value of count = 61.27.
