RELEVANSI MATERI AJAR MATA KULIAH ESTIMASI BIAYA KONSTRUKSI S1 PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK BANGUNAN FT-UNESA DENGAN MATERI AJAR MATA PELAJARAN ESTIMASI BIAYA KONSTRUKSI DI SMK

Lingkup dalam penelitian ini adalah materi mata kuliah estimasi biaya konstruksi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FT-Unesa dan materi Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi pada SMK. Materi mata kuliah Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi S1 PTB FT-Unesa yang ada di dalam Garis Besar Rencana Perkuliahan (GBRP) dengan kode dokumen : GBRP-53324232.

Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi merupakan salah satu mata kuliah dalam kurikulum S1 PTB dengan beban 2 SKS. Mata kuliah ini sebelumnya bernama Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang kemudian mengalami perubahan nomenklatur menjadi Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi. Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi pada kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) dan Konstruksi Gedung, Sanitasi dan Perawatan (KGSP) ini merupakan mata pelajaran dengan Kompetensi Keahlian (C3) yang diajarkan di kelas XI dan kelas XII.

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki GBRP mata kuliah Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi S1 PTB FT-Unesa agar semua materi pada mata pelajaran Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi di SMK diajarkan secara komprehensif di S1 PTB FT-Unesa.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa relevansi antara materi ajar estimasi biaya konstruksi antara S1 Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FT-Unesa dengan DPIB SMK Negeri Surabaya adalah 70% atau masuk pada kategori cukup relevan. Sedangkan relevansi materi ajar estimasi biaya konstruksi S1 PTB FT-Unesa dengan KGSP SMK Negeri adalah 86.25% atau termasuk kategori sangat relevan.

Abstract

The scope of this study is the subject matter of the Estimation of the Construction Costs of the FT-Unesa Building Engineering Education and the estimated material for construction costs at the Vocational School. The subject matter of the Estimation of the Construction Costs of the FT-Unesa PTB S1 which is in the Course Outline (GBRP) with the document code: GBRP-53324232.

Construction cost estimation is one of the courses in the PTB S1 curriculum with a load of 2 credits. This course was previously called the Cost Budget Plan which subsequently changed the nomenclature to the estimated construction costs. The Estimated Construction Cost in the Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB) and Building Construction, Sanitation and Care expertise competencies is a subject with Expertise Competence (C3) taught in class XI and class XII.

The purpose of this research was to improve the GBRP of the subject of Estimated Construction Costs of S1 PTB FT-Unesa so that all material in the subject of Estimated Construction Costs in Vocational Schools was comprehensively taught at S1 PTB FT-Unesa.

Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the relevance of the teaching material for Estimating Construction Costs between S1 Building Engineering Education FT-Unesa and DPIB SMK Negeri Surabaya is 70% or in the fairly relevant category. While the relevance of teaching material Estimates the Construction Costs of S1 PTB FT-Unesa with the Vocational School KGSP is 86.25% or includes a very relevant category
