HUBUNGAN PENGALAMAN PRAKERIN DAN AKADEMIS SISWA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK JURUSAN TEKNIK GAMBAR BANGUNAN: STUDI META-ANALISIS

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mengupayakan menyiapkan para lulusan memasuki dunia industri. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan permasalahan bahwa permintaan kompetensi dunia industri yang semakin luas antara lulusan yang belum dapat sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan dunia usaha maupun dunia industri sehingga menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran. Minim kemampuan siswa dan akademis siswa dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan yang sesuai dibidang kejuruannya. Hipotesis tujuan dipenelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan kemampuan akademis siswa terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK jurusan teknik gambar bangunan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan meta-analisis dengan mengumpulkan data primer penelitian (jurnal) sebanyak 8 (delapan) artikel. Hasil pengumpulan penelitian ini yaitu jurnal nasional yang sudah terpublikasi secara online di lakukan di internet. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi. Pada analisis statistik meta-analisis korelasi terdiri dari dua komponen utama, yaitu menghitung effect size dan menghitung summary effect hal tersebut digunakan untuk mengukur hipotesis penelitian dalam studi meta-analisis korelasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan software JASP diketahui hasil analisis dengan Random Effect-Model menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima ((z = 8,378; p < 0,001; 95%CI (0,482;0,777)) dan memperoleh hasil nilai koefisien korelasi positif sebesar (rRE = 0,629) termasuk pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Vocational High School seeks to prepare graduates to enter the industrial world. In this research, the problem is that the demand for competence in the industrial world is getting wider between the graduates who have not been able to fully fulfill the needs of the business world or industrial world. The minimum of students' abilities and academics in doing work according to their major causes increasing of unemployment. The objective hypotheses in this study were to find out the relationship between the industrial work practice experiences and students' academic abilities to the working readiness of Vocational students majoring in Building Drawing Techniques. The research method used meta-analysis by collecting primary research data (journal) of 8 (eight) articles. The results of research collection in the form of national journals published online were conducted on the internet through Google database and Google Scholar or can be called literature. This study was analyzed with correlation analysis. In the statistical analysis, the correlation meta-analysis consists of two main components, calculating the effect size and summary effect. This was used to measure the research hypotheses in a correlation meta-analysis study.  The conclusion from the results of this analysis used JASP software known the results of the analysis with the Random Effect-Model showed that the hypotheses are accepted ((z = 8.378; p < 0.001; 95%CI (0.482;0.777)). Furthermore, the result of the positive correlation coefficient is (rRE = 0.629), including in the high category.
