HUBUNGAN PENGUASAAN SOFTWARE AUTOCAD DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN KESIAPAN PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK KONSTRUKSI DAN PERUMAHAN SMK NEGERI 1 KEDIRI
Abstract
Vocational High School (SMK) education aims to develop skills, abilities, understanding, and work habits for students in order to meet and develop work skills. Thus, SMK students are required to carry out the Field Work Practice program so that students have work experience to improve professional skills. This study aims to determine the mastery of Autocad software, student self-confidence and the relationship between Autocad software mastery and student self-confidence with the readiness of Field Work Practice (PKL) for the Construction and Housing Engineering (TKP) expertise competency at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. The type of research used is quantitative. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri using a sample of 63 students obtained by utilizing the Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection methods used were questionnaire and test methods. The data analysis method utilized descriptive statistics and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that students' mastery of Autocad software can be categorized as very good, student self-confidence can be classified as very good and there is a significant relationship between Autocad software mastery and student self-confidence with readiness for Field Work Practice (PKL).
