Analisis Shooting Free Throw Elena Delle Donne MVP (Most Valuable Players) Final WNBA 2019 Menggunakan Software Kinovea

Laga pertandingan Final WNBA 2019 yang mempertemukan Washington Mystic Vs Connecticut Sun, Delle Donne berhasil membawa timnya Washington Mystic menjadi juara WNBA untuk pertama kalinya dan sekaligus menerima penghargaan sebagai pemain terbaik atau MVP di WNBA 2019. Dalam setiap poin yang diciptakan oleh Delle Donne memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang paling tinggi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas shooting free throw Delle Donne yang ditinjau dari aspek biomekanika yaitu, sudut siku-siku, sudut bahu, sudut elevasi bola, dan kecepatan tembakan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian non-eksperimen dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software kinovea dan setelah data terkumpul akan dihitung dengan rumus persentase dan rumus gerak parabola. Hasil: Tingkat keberhasilan shooting free throw  Delle Donne sebesar 83,34%, sudut siku-siku yang menghasilkan bola masuk 90◦ - 120◦, sudut bahu 85◦ - 98◦, sudut elevasi bola 45◦ - 56◦ dan rata-rata kecepatan bola 5,6704 m/s. Kesimpulan:  Shooting Free throw yang paling efektif dari Delle Donne yaitu sudut siku mendekati 90◦, sudut bahu 90◦, sudut elevasi bola 45◦ dan kecepatan bola 6,6282 m/s.

Abstract

The 2019 WNBA Final match that brought together Whasington Mystic vs Connecticut Sun, Delle Donne succeeded in bringing his Whasington Mystic team to become the WNBA champion for the first time and at the same time receiving the award as the best player or MVP at the 2019 WNBA. In every point created by Delle Donne has a level of success that the tallest. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of Delle Donne's free throw shooting in terms of biomechanical aspects, namely, right angles, shoulder angles, ball elevation angles, and shot speed. Methods: This study uses non-experimental research with descriptive quantitative research methods. The data analysis technique used kinovea software and after the data was collected, it would be calculated using the percentage formula and the parabolic motion formula. Results: The success rate of shooting Delle Donne's free throw is 83.34%, the right angle that produces the ball entered 90◦ - 120◦, shoulder angle is 85◦ - 98◦, the ball elevation angle is 45◦ - 56◦ and the average speed ball 5,6704 m / s. Conclusion: The most effective shooting free throw from Delle Donne is the elbow angle approaching 90◦, shoulder angle 90◦, the ball elevation angle 45◦  and ball speed 6.6282 m / s.
