Pandemic COVID-19 caused a decrease in exercise intensity which resulted in the body's normally trained muscles being disturbed or degraded due to irregular exercise patterns. Physical condition is certainly an important factor in achieving achievements, especially indoor hockey which is a dynamic sport that really requires excellent physical condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Training From Home on the physical condition of the East Java men's Indoor Hockey team who participated in the East Java KONI training center (Puslatda) as a form of preparation for the 2021 Papua National Sports Week (PON) for the implementation of the Training From Home during the pandemic. Covid-19. The subjects in the study were male indoor hockey East Java as many as 12 athletes. The instruments used in this study were the 20m sprint for speed, the Illinois test for agility and the Bleep test for endurance. The data analysis technique uses the mean, maximum and minimum values, standard deviation and correlation test. Based on the results of the research above, it is stated that the average athlete who reaches the specified physical target is 6 people with a percentage of 65% while those who do not reach the target are 4 people with a percentage of 35%. Researchers concluded that the training program provided by the trainer contributed to a significant physical improvement. In the correlation test there is a relationship between variables which states that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of training from home on the physical condition of Indoor Hockey athletes.
