KEBIASAAN OLAHRAGA, TINGKAT STRES DAN KELUHAN LOW BACK PAIN PADA PEGAWAI BNPB

Abstract

Employees of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) are very vulnerable to experiencing stress and complaints of Low Back Pain. BNPB is a non-departmental government agency which was formed based on Law No. 24 of 2007 concerning disaster management. BNPB itself is led by a Head who is subordinate and directly responsible to the president. BNPB itself was established by legal PP No. 8 of 2008 dated January 26 2008. This research aims to determine exercise habits, stress levels and complaints of Low Back Pain among BNPB employees. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods using statistics from 3 variables, namely: Sports habits, stress levels and Low Back Pain. The population in this research is 50 BNPB employees. The sample used a proportional sampling technique because researchers could only use 50 researchers. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between exercise habits, stress levels and Low Back Pain among BNPB employees. Exercise habits among BNPB employees are based on exercising with a total of 27 people (46.0%) and not exercising with a total of 23 people (54). .0%). The stress level of BNPB employees was 28 people (53.4%), the light category was 17 people (37.9%) and the heavy category was 5 people (8.7%). Low Back Pain among BNPB employees is in the low category with 19 people (33.7%), the medium category with 24 people (57.9%), the high category with 7 people (8.4%) and the very high category with the number is 0. The statistical test results obtained a value of p= 0.000 (p<0.05) so Ho is rejected, this means that statistically there is a relationship between exercise habits, stress levels and Low Back Pain in BNPB employees
