Abstrak

Di era globalisasi ini tentunya memberi efek pada perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan untuk memberi kemudahan dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan dalam membagikan informasi, menyimpan informasi dan kemudahan kegiatan. Oleh sebab itu banyak sekali perusahan besar atau kecil menggunakan teknologi. PT. PLN Persero adalah perusahaan yang mengedepankan pelayanan pelanggan sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat menunjang peningkatan pelayanan pelanggan. Transformator adalah salah satu alat yang sangat penting untuk pendistribusian listrik-listrik kepada pelanggan. Dengan demikian maka penulis mencoba membuat sistem informasi analisis transformator yang berguna untuk mempermudah karyawan PLN untuk menganalisis transformator dengan sistem yang ada. Aplikasi Transformator ini berbasis Mobile dan Website akan memberikan kemudahan bagi teknisi, supervisor, dan manajer sistem distribusi rayon. Dengan sistem informasi analisis transformator ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan dalam melakukan pengukuran dan analisis transformator. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan mengefisiensi pekerjaan sistem distribusi rayon dibawah naungan PT. PLN Persero Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

In this era of globalization certainly have an effect on the development of technology used to provide convenience in everyday human life. With the development of information technology makes it easy to share information, store information and ease of activities. Therefore many large or small companies use technology. PT. PLN Persero is a company that prioritizes customer service so a system that can support the improvement of customer service is needed. Transformer is one of the most important tools for the distribution of electricity to customers. Thus, the authors try to create a transformer analysis information system that is useful to facilitate PLN employees to analyze the transformer with the existing system. This Transformer application based on Mobile and Website will provide convenience for technicians, supervisors, and managers of the rayon distribution system. With the transformer analysis information system it is expected to be a solution to solve problems in measuring and analyzing transformers. This system is expected to facilitate and streamline the work of the rayon distribution system under the auspices of PT. PLN Persero East Java Distribution Main Unit.
