This research uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative research methods. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model through several activity procedures, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show; Developing interests and talents through the Badminton Talent Class starts with choosing a regular class or distance learning, then continues with the counselor to detect academic, family and social background as well as interests and talents. the problems faced by the child or the background of life problems. At the implementation stage, tutors also design learning tools and learning media so that they can achieve their goals. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, the results of the learning evaluation are given in graphic form which functions to measure the extent to which students have achieved academic and non-academic abilities. The output of this Badminton Talent Class is that children can develop their own interests in the future. This research explores the implementation of the parenting program at PAUD (KB/RA) Adinda Dua Tebel Gedangan, highlighting aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. Through qualitative methods with a participatory observation approach, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, the research results show that the parenting program in PAUD has a positive impact, increasing parents' participation and understanding of effective parenting patterns. Activities such as seminars, workshops and community events form close collaboration between institutions and families, creating a holistic educational environment. Evaluation of the program showed significant improvements in parent participation and understanding, although highlighting challenges such as logistical constraints and lack of involvement by some parents. SKB Negeri Surabaya is a package C equality education program organized by the Surabaya city government, with a workforce of 10 people and 46 students. The process of implementing learning at SKB Negeri Surabaya uses modules provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, where learning at SKB Negeri Surabaya focuses on the learning process for students, so that it can produce satisfactory learning outcomes. The learning outcomes obtained by students will of course also be different from each other because there are many influencing factors. This research is a quantitative approach research. The subjects of this research are all students of Class X SKB Negeri Surabaya for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 30 students. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the barbershop training process at SKB Sidoarjo, analyze the supporting factors for barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo, analyze the inhibiting factors for barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo, describe and analyze the results of barbershop training on the entrepreneurial independence of training participants at SKB Sidoarjo. This study used qualitative research methods. The research results showed that the barbershop training was carried out well. The supporting factor for the implementation of barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo is the infrastructure provided by SKB. Factors inhibiting barbershop training include obstacles in terms of the lack of time required to carry out the training. Collaboration skills are important in 21st century education, especially in the context of Homeschooling Pena Surabaya in robotic classes with project-based learning (PjBL). Factors such as task difficulty and lack of awareness of the importance of mutual respect in group work affect students' collaboration skills. This research aims to determine the relationship between the project-based learning (PjBL) model and the collaboration skills of students at Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. The method in this research is quantitative correlational, involving 31 students, the results show a positive and significant relationship between PjBL and collaboration skills (r = 0.568, sig = 0.001). The purpose of this study was to determine the positive relationship between tutor competence and learning interest of package B students in PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya. This study used quantitative methods with data collection used in this study using questionnaires. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the competence of tutors and the learning interest of package B students in PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya. This research method is quantitative correlational with a total of 32 students as respondents. The research results show that assertive communication style has a positive relationship with learning motivation with a significance value of 0.010. Aggressive communication style has a positive relationship with learning motivation with a significance value of 0.031. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The resulte obtained from this research indicate that parents are still not optimal in carrying out their role as educators, facilitators and motivators to support the developments of speaking abilities in speech delay children aged 4-5 years because every parent has and experiences inhibiting factors in carrying out their role, such as parents busy to work, unsupportive environment, use of two languages, and other inhibiting factors. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the project-based learning model in increasing the creativity of </em><em>students equivalent education package A </em><em>in the Friday class program at PKBM Kak Seto Surabaya. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through data collection techniques of participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. This research uses data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the project-based learning model using a structured project starts from determining the project, planning the steps, preparing the implementation schedule, completing the project, preparing reports and presenting the results, finally evaluating the process and results. The results of this research are that by applying interactive learning methods it is able to foster an active learning attitude in Package A students, the learning process becomes more active and conducive because all students are actively involved in all learning activities so that it can increase students' interest in learning, when the students' learning process becomes more comfortable and not easy to make students bored. In the analysis using the SEM SmartPLS 4 For Windows application with 22 samples, a path coefficient value of 0.581 was found for learning motivation and 0.584 for learning outcomes. Data management results show T-Statistics values ​​of 3.731 and 4.208 respectively, exceeding the T-Table value with a significance of 0.000. These findings confirm that the use of Zoom Meeting Online has a significant effect on students' learning motivation and learning outcomes. This research provides an important contribution in the context of developing online learning methods, especially in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes in the homeschooling environment. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results obtained, namely the increase in the quantity of new students at SPS Muslimat Nurus Shibyan, cannot yet be measured because it only opened in 2023. KB Nurus Shibyan in 2022/2023 increased by 50%, but in 2023/2024 it decreased by 18%. However, when compared with 2021/2022, it has increased by 23%. Muslimat Nurus Kindergarten decreased 22% in 2022/2023, but in 2023/2024 increased 41% from the previous year. When compared with 2021/2022, there was an increase of 9.7%. The aim of the research is to determine the role of KLH NGOs and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of KLH NGOs in instilling environmentally friendly behavior in the communities along the Surabaya river. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects were six members of the KLH NGO and four members of the community. Data collection techniques were participant observation, in-depth interviews, and field notes and documentation. Research data was analyzed using data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions then tested for truth value using credibility, transferability, debendability, observability, confirmability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of learning Package C equivalence in efforts to increase learning participation for outreach students. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Package C equivalence learning for outreach students has been carried out according to the schedule and learning regulations. The implementation of learning is supported by several aspects, such as educators appropriate to the subjects taught, the use of appropriate curriculum, learning strategies through andragogy approaches, and the use of three learning evaluations. However, aspects such as the recognition of the characteristics of outreach students by tutors and the lack of supportive learning media are less supportive. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the spinning wheel learning media as an effort to develop public speaking skills in the English subject of class X students in the package C equality program <em>Surabaya State Learning Activities Studio</em>. The research results show an improvement in the learning outcomes of TOEFL program students, particularly in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In the cognitive aspect, students demonstrated increased understanding and knowledge in solving practice problems, with an average TOEFL score reaching 500. Affectively, students experienced changes in attitudes and values, becoming more confident, expressive, and showing improved speaking abilities, as evidenced by the awards they received. In the psychomotor aspect, students responded positively and were very active in outdoor class activities. This research aims to determine the relationship between the project based learning model in Indonesian history subjects and the learning motivation of package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya. This research uses associative quantitative methods with product moment analysis techniques. This research involved 62 package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya as respondents. This research aims to determine the relationship between parental care and the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years in Padang Bandung Dukun Gresik. This research uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique using Product Moment Person with a sample of 50 parents of students at PAUD/TK Aisyiyah 7 Padang Bandung. Using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this research showed that the calculated r-value was greater than the r-table (0.287&gt;0.278). And the relationship that occurs between the two variables is included in the low category because it is in the coefficient interval of 0.20-0.399. In this test the t-table is used to consider 𝛼 = 0.05 two-party test and dk = n-2 = 50-2 = 48, so the t-table used is 1.676. If we compare the t-count with the t-table, the t-count of 2.1669 is greater than the t-table of 1.676 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result of this research is a friendship camp program organized by CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia starting from the planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. Planning is carried out with socialization and briefing activities. Organizing is done by forming a committee between tutors and students. The implementation was carried out for three days and two nights by strengthening the character of mutual cooperation through existing activities. Supervision is carried out by tutors. Evaluation is carried out after the friendship camp activities are carried out to see the mutual cooperation character of the students. The focus of the research concerns the implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of project-based learning centers that play a role in stimulating the creativity of PAUD SKB Mojoagung students. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of PjBL in stimulating students' creativity. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was obtained using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that educators and parents ensure that students have access to adequate resources so as to support the process of stimulating their creativity. Inhibiting factors include limited funding allocations related to providing outdoor activities, lack of updating experimental equipment, limited educational resources. Each student has different learning activities that are influenced by his or her personality or character. Individual personalities are classified as 2 extroverts and introverts. The purpose of this study is to find out the learner's learning activities according to his personality type. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive using participatory observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion. Results obtained from this study show that extrovert personality types favor short learning media, are active in verbal learning, have audio-verbal learning, record material when feeling needed, are bold in opinion, and have open emotional control. Father's involvement in parenting with adolescent children's prosocial behavior is still rarely carried out. This research aims to deterimine and analyze the relationship between father's involvement in parenting and prosocial behavior of teenagers in RW 5 Manukan Kulon Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research to determine the level of correlation between variations in one factor and variations in one or more other factors. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between adolescent prosocial behavior and father involvement in parenting. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research used purposive sampling with subjects of 80 teenagers in RW 05 Manukan Kulon Surabaya. The results of this research show positive results and the two variables are stated in the same direction as evidenced by N = 80 with a significance level of 5%, so the r table value is 0.220 and degree of freedom (df) = 80 – 2 = 78, so the value of the r table is: (df= 78) = 0.220. So, it can be stated that 0.858 &gt; 0.220 corresponds to (rcount &gt; rtable). Character education is strengthened by providing understanding and emphasizing students on the five main values of PPK, namely: (a) religious character values, (b) independent character values, (c) nationalism character values, (d) mutual cooperation character values, and (e) integrity character values. This research focuses on: (1) the implementation of PPK, (2) the profile of learning assistants in the implementation of PPK. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Providing quality services is one of the strategies carried out by educational institutions to increase student satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of parents at the Air-LANGGA Ponorogo Learning Guidance and Motivation Institute. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study was 75 parents with a sample size of 43 parents. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, documentation and observation. Through the Product Moment correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained, where this value is smaller than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.664. If adjusted to the r value interpretation table, it is classified in the strong category.
