Pengelolaan Program Talent Class Badminton Sebagai Pengembangan Minat dan Bakat Peserta Didik di Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya

This research aims to describe the management of the badminton Talent Class program as developing students' interests and talents at the Kak Seto Surabaya Homeschooling , which includes planning, implementation and evaluation. This research uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative research methods. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model through several activity procedures, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show; Developing interests and talents through the Badminton Talent Class starts with choosing a regular class or distance learning, then continues with the counselor to detect academic, family and social background as well as interests and talents. the problems faced by the child or the background of life problems. At the implementation stage, tutors also design learning tools and learning media so that they can achieve their goals. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, the results of the learning evaluation are given in graphic form which functions to measure the extent to which students have achieved academic and non-academic abilities. The output of this Badminton Talent Class is that children can develop their own interests in the future. The suggestion from this research is that in accordance with the management of Homeschooling which is full of the content of individual existence, the implementation of Homeschooling must have adequate standardization in identifying students' talents, interests and potential.

Fenomena dalam kehidupan karakter merupakan sangat penting dalam kondisi anak dimana karakter merupakan watak yang terdapat dalam diri manusia. Namun pada fakta nya saat ini terdapat orang tua yang kurang dalam mengasuh anak-anaknya karena berbagai permasalahan yakni karena orang tua yang sibuk bekerja dengan itu anak memiliki karakter yang berbeda dengan anak-anak yang lebih diperhatikan oleh orang tuanya. Oleh karena itu orang tua wajib membentuk karakter anak dengan pengasuhan yang diterapkan oleh orang tua dengan itu anak lebih memiliki karakter yang baik dan sama pada anak pada umumnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Untuk menggali data dilakukan dengan metode yang berisi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan keabsahan data yakni kredibilitas, dependibilitas, konfirmabilitas dan transferabilitas. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pola asuh ibu yang bekerja dalam pembentukan karakter anak di PAUD Salam Tholabul Ilmi. Dalam pola asuh yang dilakukan oleh ibu menerapkan 3 indikator dalam metode penelitian yakni 1). Mengasuh dengan memberikan pujian, 2). Mengasuh dengan memberikan hukuman, 3). Mengasuh dengan memberikan hukuman. Kemudian dalam pengasuhan di terapkan Pendidikan karakter anak yakni 1). Keagamaan 2). Kemandirian 3). Kedisplinan.

Implementasi Program Pareting di PAUD (KB/RA) Adinda Dua Tebel Gedangan

PAUD (KB/RA) Adinda Dua Tebel Gedangan is one of the PAUD institutions that has a parenting program. This research explores the implementation of the parenting program at PAUD (KB/RA) Adinda Dua Tebel Gedangan, highlighting aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. Through qualitative methods with a participatory observation approach, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, the research results show that the parenting program in PAUD has a positive impact, increasing parents' participation and understanding of effective parenting patterns. Activities such as seminars, workshops and community events form close collaboration between institutions and families, creating a holistic educational environment. Evaluation of the program showed significant improvements in parent participation and understanding, although highlighting challenges such as logistical constraints and lack of involvement by some parents. This research makes an important contribution by detailing the factors that influence the successful implementation of parenting programs and providing recommendations for further improvement and development.

Pengaruh Minat dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Semua Mata Pelajaran Peserta Didik Program Paket C di SKB Negeri Surabaya

This research aims to determine: The influence of motivation and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of all subjects of students in the package C equal education program at SKBN Surabaya. SKB Negeri Surabaya is a package C equality education program organized by the Surabaya city government, with a workforce of 10 people and 46 students. The process of implementing learning at SKB Negeri Surabaya uses modules provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, where learning at SKB Negeri Surabaya focuses on the learning process for students, so that it can produce satisfactory learning outcomes. The learning outcomes obtained by students will of course also be different from each other because there are many influencing factors. This research is a quantitative approach research. The subjects of this research are all students of Class X SKB Negeri Surabaya for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 30 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to research respondents with a study population of 30 students and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis to answer the research questions.

Barbershop training develop people to increase their knowledge and skills in cutting hair and develop the potential of the community to prepare for the future and be able to grow the entrepreneurial independence of training participants. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the barbershop training process at SKB Sidoarjo, analyze the supporting factors for barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo, analyze the inhibiting factors for barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo, describe and analyze the results of barbershop training on the entrepreneurial independence of training participants at SKB Sidoarjo. This study used qualitative research methods. The research results showed that the barbershop training was carried out well. The supporting factor for the implementation of barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo is the infrastructure provided by SKB. Factors inhibiting barbershop training include obstacles in terms of the lack of time required to carry out the training. In its implementation, training participants who take part in barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo gain experience, knowledge and skills in the field of barbershop/haircutting.

The National Education Association identifies the “4C” as 21st century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Collaboration skills are important in 21st century education, especially in the context of Homeschooling Pena Surabaya in robotic classes with project-based learning (PjBL). Factors such as task difficulty and lack of awareness of the importance of mutual respect in group work affect students' collaboration skills. This research aims to determine the relationship between the project-based learning (PjBL) model and the collaboration skills of students at Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. The method in this research is quantitative correlational, involving 31 students, the results show a positive and significant relationship between PjBL and collaboration skills (r = 0.568, sig = 0.001). These results confirm that higher project-based learning (PjBL) is associated with better collaboration skills, underscoring the importance of innovative learning models in improving 21st century skills.

Budi Utama Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) is one of the non-formal education centers under the Department of Education, Youth, and Sport of Surabaya which runs several programs including equality education such as package A equivalent to elementary school/ MI, package B equivalent to junior high school/ MTS, package C equivalent to high school/ MA. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive relationship between tutor competence and learning interest of package B students in PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya. This study used quantitative methods with data collection used in this study using questionnaires. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the competence of tutors and the learning interest of package B students in PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya. The results of the data calculation between the tutor's competence in learning Indonesian subjects amounted to 0.723 > 0.05 and in mathematics subjects obtained by 0.320 > 0.05 so from this result it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected and the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted.

Hubungan Gaya Komunikasi Tutor dengan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Paket C di Homeschooling Pena Surabaya

This research aims to determine the relationship between assertive communication style and the learning motivation of package C students at Homeschooling Pena Surabaya, to find out the relationship between aggressive communication style and the learning motivation of package C students at Homeschooling Pena Surabaya, and to find out the relationship between assertive and aggressive communication styles with Learning motivation for package C students at Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. This research method is quantitative correlational with a total of 32 students as respondents. The research results show that assertive communication style has a positive relationship with learning motivation with a significance value of 0.010. Aggressive communication style has a positive relationship with learning motivation with a significance value of 0.031. So the assertive communication style has a stronger relationship with learning motivation than the aggressive communication style based on the correlation coefficient value, the assertive communication style with learning motivation is 0.448 in the quite strong category, while the aggressive communication style with learning motivation is 0.031 in the low category.

The purpose of this research is to describe the role of parents which includes the role of educator, facilitator, and motivator in developing speaking skills in speech delay children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The resulte obtained from this research indicate that parents are still not optimal in carrying out their role as educators, facilitators and motivators to support the developments of speaking abilities in speech delay children aged 4-5 years because every parent has and experiences inhibiting factors in carrying out their role, such as parents busy to work, unsupportive environment, use of two languages, and other inhibiting factors. The supportting factors provided by parents to be able to develop speaking skills in speech delaye children include providing educational games, conducting speech therapy, consulting with psychologosts, self-therapy, school, and other supporting therapies, such as occupational therapy and behavioral theraphy.

The friday class program applies project-based learning which is considered effective in increasing creativity and creating a fun learning environment. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the project-based learning model in increasing the creativity of students equivalent education package A in the Friday class program at PKBM Kak Seto Surabaya. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through data collection techniques of participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. This research uses data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the project-based learning model using a structured project starts from determining the project, planning the steps, preparing the implementation schedule, completing the project, preparing reports and presenting the results, finally evaluating the process and results. Thus, we can see an increase in the creativity of students pursuing package A from their work and participation which is achieved through efforts to provide various projects, provide freedom to explore, and create a conducive learning environment through the use of standardized facilities and infrastructure.

This research aims to 1) describe and analyze students' active learning through interactive learning methods at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya, 2) describe and analyze supporting factors in interactive learning methods at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya and 3) describe and analyze inhibiting factors in learning methods interactive at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. The approach used in the research is descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through the process of interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, researchers used data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then finally drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are that by applying interactive learning methods it is able to foster an active learning attitude in Package A students, the learning process becomes more active and conducive because all students are actively involved in all learning activities so that it can increase students' interest in learning, when the students' learning process becomes more comfortable and not easy to make students bored. The supporting factors for this learning method are adequate facilities and infrastructure, active students, and creative tutors. The inhibiting factors in implementing this interactive learning method are network problems and power outages.

This research aims to explore the influence of the Zoom Meeting Online learning media on the learning motivation and learning outcomes of package B students in social studies subjects at PKBM Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. In the analysis using the SEM SmartPLS 4 For Windows application with 22 samples, a path coefficient value of 0.581 was found for learning motivation and 0.584 for learning outcomes. Data management results show T-Statistics values of 3.731 and 4.208 respectively, exceeding the T-Table value with a significance of 0.000. These findings confirm that the use of Zoom Meeting Online has a significant effect on students' learning motivation and learning outcomes. This research provides an important contribution in the context of developing online learning methods, especially in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes in the homeschooling environment. Thus, Zoom Meeting Online is an effective choice in improving the quality of learning in the current digital era, providing the necessary support for alternative educational institutions such as PKBM Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya.

Implementasi Strategi Marketing Mix 7P di Lembaga Satuan PNF PAUD Nurus Shibyan Kabupaten Lamongan

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the quantity of new students at PAUD Nurus Shibyan. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results obtained, namely the increase in the quantity of new students at SPS Muslimat Nurus Shibyan, cannot yet be measured because it only opened in 2023. KB Nurus Shibyan in 2022/2023 increased by 50%, but in 2023/2024 it decreased by 18%. However, when compared with 2021/2022, it has increased by 23%. Muslimat Nurus Kindergarten decreased 22% in 2022/2023, but in 2023/2024 increased 41% from the previous year. When compared with 2021/2022, there was an increase of 9.7%. In the implementation process, there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the 7P marketing mix strategy in increasing the quantity of new students.

The KLH NGO is an organization consisting of community groups who are aware of environmental issues who are tasked with designing strategies for policies that are not environmentally friendly, socializing and coaching, environmental management, as well as empowering the community through environmental programs and providing policy input to the government. The aim of the research is to determine the role of KLH NGOs and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of KLH NGOs in instilling environmentally friendly behavior in the communities along the Surabaya river. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects were six members of the KLH NGO and four members of the community. Data collection techniques were participant observation, in-depth interviews, and field notes and documentation. Research data was analyzed using data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions then tested for truth value using credibility, transferability, debendability, observability, confirmability. The research results show that the KLH NGO plays a significant role in encouraging environmentally friendly behavior in Surabaya riverbank communities, by managing activities, reporting community issues, and influencing the development of aspects such as the availability of facilities, sustainable lifestyles, welfare partnerships, and sustainable living-based programs.

This research purpose of to describe and analyze the implementation of the storytelling learning method in the distance learning program for package A students at the Kak Seto Homeschooling community learning center in Surabaya; Describe and analyze the experiences of students package A in realizing the storytelling learning method at the Kak Seto Surabaya Homeschooling community learning center; Describe and analyze learning outcomes by applying the storytelling learning method in the distance learning program at the Kak Seto Homeschooling community learning center in Surabaya. This type of research approach uses descriptive with qualitative methods. This research uses data collection techniques through observation data, interviews and documentation. The data validity tests used are credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, confirmability tests. This research data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that by applying the storytelling learning method, students were more enthusiastic about learning and according to the tutor, by applying the storytelling learning method they felt that the learning process was running effectively. During the process of realizing this storytelling learning method, tutors involve online distance learning students in the learning process, so that students have practical experience and prefer the learning process and find it easy to understand the material because they feel connected to relevant stories according to the students' experiences. That way, students have maximum learning outcomes and students have a significant increase in understanding of the material that has been delivered by the tutor.

Outreach students are school dropouts who receive free access to equivalent education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of learning Package C equivalence in efforts to increase learning participation for outreach students. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Package C equivalence learning for outreach students has been carried out according to the schedule and learning regulations. The implementation of learning is supported by several aspects, such as educators appropriate to the subjects taught, the use of appropriate curriculum, learning strategies through andragogy approaches, and the use of three learning evaluations. However, aspects such as the recognition of the characteristics of outreach students by tutors and the lack of supportive learning media are less supportive. Furthermore, regarding the participation of outreach students, attendance cannot be predicted whether attending face-to-face or online learning, lack of response, and failure to complete assignments.

This research aims to describe the role and impact of evaluating human resource management systems in efforts to improve the quality of educational services. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Respondents in this research were managers, tutors and students. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis consists of four stages: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is confirmed through credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. Source triangulation and member checks are used to ensure credibility. The results of the research show that PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya has succeeded in improving the quality of educational services by becoming an independent, well-managed and significant non-formal institution, supported by the use of the 2013 curriculum, but faced by student absences as the main obstacle.

This study aims to analyze and identify the relationship between studio podcast learning activities and the development of speaking skills among learners in the equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The study employs a sequential explanatory mixed-method approach, collecting both quantitative and qualitative data in two stages, with a primary emphasis on quantitative methods. Data collection techniques include questionnaires/surveys, observations, interviews, and documentation with learners in the equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between studio podcast learning and the development of speaking skills among learners in the equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School, as evidenced by the calculated correlation coefficient (r) being greater than the tabulated correlation coefficient (0.617 > 0.361) with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, qualitative analysis through interviews with active participants in studio podcast learning demonstrates significant improvements and changes in speaking skills. Learners show progress in facial expression, pronunciation, intonation, and speaking ability through interaction with their learning teams and mentors, despite facing difficulties and showing perseverance in overcoming them through repeated practice.

Students' learning motivation to encourage enthusiasm in achieving learning goals can be influenced by various factors, one of which is the tutor's interpersonal communication with students. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between tutor interpersonal communication and students' learning motivation in the Package C at the Budi Utama Teaching and Learning Activity Center, Surabaya. This research uses quantitative correlational methods with analytical techniques Product Moment. The sample for this research was 32 students from the Package C at the Budi Utama Teaching and Learning Activity Center, Surabaya. Through the correlation test carried out, we obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.789 and a significance value of 0.000, which means that tutor interpersonal communication and student learning motivation have a positive relationship and are classified in the strong category, meaning that the learning motivation of students in the package C at the Budi Utama Teaching and Learning Activity Center in Surabaya on Indonesian language subjects can be determined by the tutor's communication with students. If the tutor's interpersonal communication is high, the student's learning motivation will also be high.

The purpose of this research is to describe marketing management and parents' interest in Baitul Muttaqien Playgroup. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that reality marketing management has four components with a people component that refers to the human resources of the institution which is one of the two components of attracting parents of students. Programs are related to the products provided in the form of educational services as a component that attracts the interest of parents of students. The interest of parents of students is dominated by referential interest and preferential interest. Referential interest is shown through the tendency to refer Baitul Muttaqien Playgroup to people around. The preferential interest is the tendency of parents of learners in choosing an educational institution by referring to the criteria of each parent.

This research uses data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the syllable method learning planning is carried out in an educational and effective manner. There are 5 basic literacies which are applied in reading and writing, numeracy, science, digital and financial literacy. This research aims to determine the relationship between learning styles and students' creativity in the field of graphic design in the package A equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. This type of research uses correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students from grades 5 to 6, totaling 30 students in the package A equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires and documentation to obtain data on students' learning styles and creativity. The data used to test the hypothesis is data on the creativity and learning styles of 3D activity group students at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The results of this study indicate that N=30 can be obtained. The result is that there is a significant correlation between learning style and creativity, which is indicated by the correlation coefficient number rxy = 0.604 which is greater than the r table at the 5% significance level = 0.361, which means r counting > r table, namely 0.604 > 0.361. Apart from that, it is known that the significance value increases to 0.000 where the teirseibuit number is less than 0.05 (<0.05), meaning that the hypothesis in this research is that there is a relationship between learning styles through 3D activity group media and students' creativity in the field of designing in the program. equality of package A at PKBM Think Indonesia School.

This research aims to determine the relationship between parenting styles and the independence of children aged 4-6 years. This research uses a quantitative approach using questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation. Respondents in the research were 40 parents of students. In the validity and reliability test using the SPSS 23.0 formula with a significance level of 5%. Next, test normality and linearity using the Kolmogorov-smimnov formula with significance < 0.05% in SPSS 23.0. Then the inferential statistical hypothesis testing is carried out using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of research using hypothesis testing show that parenting patterns with the independence of children aged 4-6 years obtained a correlation coefficient level of 0.530 with a significance of 0.000 (P<0.05), which means that parenting patterns have a sufficient relationship with children's independence. 4-6 years old. It can be concluded that the relationship shows a significant level of relationship. The parenting style that parents apply plays a role in forming children's independence.

This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners (2) identify the indicators in the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners. The research method used is qualitative using in-depth interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The entrepreneurship skills education program is conducted to improve the standard of living of the community through education and training. There are criteria for learners of this program, namely individuals aged 17-25 years old, not currently attending school or employed, to participate in the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners by enhancing skills, acquiring new knowledge, forming an entrepreneurial mindset in an effort to become graduates capable of establishing and managing independent businesses. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program has five indicators: instructors, learners, materials, methods, and objectives. In increasing the income of learners, there are four indicators: improving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, increasing income, and improving welfare. The entrepreneurship skills education program implemented is through enhancing skills and acquiring knowledge in the form of entrepreneurship education and culinary courses.

This research aims to examine and analyze the role of parents in providing sex education for teenagers in Tengger Kandangan Surabaya, the inhibiting and supporting factors. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with informants. The results of this research show that all parents play their role in providing sex education to teenagers, as evidenced by the way they provide sex education to teenagers by implementing boundaries for both the same and opposite sex and providing an approach that will create openness between the two. One of the supporting factors for parents providing sex education is that communication between them goes well and teenagers care about themselves.

Education plays a very important role in giving birth to a generation that is aware of the environment and able to act sustainably. The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach has been integrated into the Package A CLC Budi Utama Surabaya program. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe efforts to instill environmental awareness through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning strategies in the Package A program at CLC Budi Utama Surabaya. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that CTL learning through river tracing activities is effective in increasing students' awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and understanding river ecosystems. This learning strategy, from planning to evaluation, makes a significant contribution to environmental education and the formation of sustainable behavior. Thus, the integration of CTL in environmental education at CLC Budi Utama Surabaya brings great benefits to students in preparing for a better future.

The tutor's pedagogical competence has a very important role in the cognitive development of students. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of tutors' pedagogical competence on the cognitive development of package C equivalency program students at the Gresik Regency Learning Activity Studio Technical Implementation Unit. This research uses a quantitative method of the causal comparative type, with a Product Moment Correlation analysis technique with sampling using the Slovin formula, namely there are 22 tutors and 48 package C students. The research location is in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Gresik Regency Learning Activities Studio with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation and documentation. The correlation test carried out produced a correlation coefficient value of 0.429, meaning that the correlation coefficient value of the tutor's pedagogical competence had a positive and moderate influence on the cognitive development of package C equivalency program students at the Gresik Regency Learning Activity Studio Technical Implementation Unit. Therefore, if the tutor's pedagogical competence increases in learning, the students' cognitive development will be more focused.

Meanwhile, the criteria for data validity use a credibility test with triangulation of sources, techniques, time, as well as member checks, dependability tests, transferability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of this research explain the steps in implementing the cooperative method by tutors at the Homeschooling Pena community learning activity center, namely "designing lesson plans, making observation sheets, educators guiding and directing students in learning activities, educators giving students the opportunity to present the results of their work".

This research focuses on the implementation process of the BKB Program in optimizing the growth and development of toddlers at BKB Mawar Quality Family Village Sambi Ringinrejo Kediri. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the BKB program in optimizing the growth and development of toddlers by examining the stages of program implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this research consisted of 10 organizers and members of the BKB. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data display, verification and conclusion. Training is a program designed for individuals to develop themselves which is not obtained in formal education, one of which is pencak silat training. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of pencak silat training on the gross motor development of children at the Nurul Huda (NH) Perkasya Tebuireng Jombang Pencak Silat College. This research uses experimental quantitative methods with Product Moment analysis techniques. The sample for this research was 35 early age students at the Nurul Huda (NH) Perkasya Tebuireng Jombang Pencak Silat College. The results obtained show that the r-count is greater than the r-table (0.560 > 0.324). And the relationship that occurs between the two variables is included in the medium category because it is in the coefficient interval of 0.40 – 0.599. The results obtained in the significant test also show that the t-count is greater than the t-table (3.8832 > 2.035) so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between pencak silat training and children's gross motor development at Nurul Huda Tebuireng Jombang.

This research discusses the relationship between parenting patterns and juvenile delinquency in Package C students at the Surabaya Learning Activity Studio. Deviant behavior itself is something that can cause many problems. The aim of this research is to link parenting patterns with juvenile delinquency among students at SKBN Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach . The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Techniques for analyzing data are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests using product moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and juvenile delinquency. The result of calculating this data is that the r calculation produces a result of 0.521 and the t calculation is 4.4897, so from these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and there is a relationship between parenting style and juvenile delinquency in the SKB Surabaya Package C Program.

Learning that takes place during English subjects for class X students at Surabaya State Learning Activities Studio tends to be passive and less interactive. An alternative solution to this problem is implementing spinning wheel learning media. Spinning wheel learning media is a flexible learning media where the application can be in the form of a 2D plane which can be designed using a word wall website according to the needs of tutors, students and learning materials. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the spinning wheel learning media as an effort to develop public speaking skills in the English subject of class X students in the package C equality program Surabaya State Learning Activities Studio. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, documentation, participant observation and field notes. The results obtained by class X students experienced significant changes and developments in their public speaking skills after implementing the spinning wheel learning media with a combination of varied learning models and methods.

This research discusses the influence of digital branding training on UMKM sales results in Kajang Village, District. Sawahan District. Madiun. The training studied had occurred so that the researcher used an ex post facto comparative quantitative approach as the research method used. Apart from that, the data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires that have been tested. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, paired sample test and product moment correlation test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of digital branding training on the sales results of UMKM in Kajang village, Sawahan subdistrict, Madiun district. This is proven by the results of the t count calculation and the paired sample t test which shows that if the t count value is 9,683 it is greater than the t table value with N-2= 31 (29) which is 0.3550, apart from that it is based on the results of observational data on the calculation of sales results. products before training and after training there was an increase of 36%. So it can be concluded that the digital branding training carried out by Kajang village was successful as seen from the increase in the number of products sold.

This research is motivated by the decline in the character of a nation caused by the rapid flow of globalization and technological development which brings many conveniences, of course it is also not free from several negative impacts, even on all elements of society, one of which is children who are also exposed. This is the background to this research, namely the existence of a new project in the Merdeka Curriculum after the Covid-19 pandemic with the hope that children will further develop their potential in a positive direction and interact with their surroundings. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a correlational research type. Taking respondents at PAUD Permata Bunda with a target of 30 parents. Data collection techniques use online questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Product Moment formula to analyze the questionnaire. The research results show that Play Group (KB) services have a significant positive relationship with parental satisfaction at PAUD Permata Bunda as indicated by the correlation value between the two research variables of 0.782. If the number of respondents or the value of N=30 with a significance level of 5% then the r-table value is 0.349. Thus the r-count of 0.782 is greater than the r-table of 0.349. So, if the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) is better, the level of parental satisfaction will increase and vice versa, if the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) is bad, the level of parental satisfaction will be lower.

The validity of research data is credibility, researchers use two methods, namely member checking and triangulation, then dependability, confirmability, transferability. The results of this research showed that the implementation of corn planting training in increasing the independence of farmer groups went quite well, as demonstrated by using the planning, implementation and evaluation stages.

This research aims to analyze and describe the role of instructors at the course institution, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the learning outcomes of TOEFL program students at English Flash ILC Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show an improvement in the learning outcomes of TOEFL program students, particularly in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In the cognitive aspect, students demonstrated increased understanding and knowledge in solving practice problems, with an average TOEFL score reaching 500. Affectively, students experienced changes in attitudes and values, becoming more confident, expressive, and showing improved speaking abilities, as evidenced by the awards they received. In the psychomotor aspect, students responded positively and were very active in outdoor class activities. The supporting and inhibiting factors of the instructors' role also influenced the improvement of these learning outcomes.

The awareness of mothers to provide the best care for children with special needs is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors of the parenting education program as an effort to improve parenting for mothers of children with special needs at Rumah Latih. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interview methods, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were program managers, facilitators, and mothers of children with special needs. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity tests used were source triangulation and member check, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the implementation of the parenting education program at the training house can improve the quality of parenting for mothers of children with special needs, indicated by using the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation is supported by several factors including parents, family, community, government, facilities and infrastructure, facilitators, program managers, and budget. There are also inhibiting factors, namely parents who are less cooperative, the topography of the area, and the community's ability to reach facilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keluarga terhadap kesiapan belajar peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran pada program kesetaraan paket C UPT SKB Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 91 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan jenis sampel Sampling Purposive dengan jumlah 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 27 for windows. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji instrumen. Uji normalitas dan linearitas digunakan untuk mengetahui normalitas dan linearitas data. Uji analisis regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk mengetahui hipotesis diterima dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditunjukan dengan nilai > yaitu 3,433 > 2,042 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, maknanya terdapat pengaruh keluarga terhadap kesiapan belajar peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran program kesetaraan paket C UPT SKB Gresik. Persamaan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh Y = 32,889+0,390X

Pendampingan belajar melalui program kegiatan mengajar dianggap efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik anak jalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kegiatan mengajar, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat pendampingan belajar anak jalanan melalui program kegiatan mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Setelah tahapan tersebut data diuji keabsahannya dengan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendamping memberikan dorongan, nasihat, motivasi, arahan, dan aspek-aspek pribadi lainnya agar terwujudnya motivasi belajar anak jalanan. Faktor pendukung anak jalanan dilihat dari faktor internal (minat, bakat, kesehatan, motivasi, intelegensi), faktor eksternal nya berupa lingkungan sekitar, keluarga, masyarakat. Faktor penghambat belajar dapat dilihat dari kesulitan belajar nya, penguasaan bidang studi yang dipelajari, dan dilihat dari segi penyebab. Adanya pendampingan belajar membuat anak jalanan mengalami kemajuan dan kemauan dalam belajar.

This research aims to describe and analyze the parenting patterns applied by Workaholic parents to early childhood at PAUD SKB Gudo Jombang, as well as the social emotional conditions of children of these Workaholic parents. The research sample consisted of 10 parents who were very busy working. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) Workaholic Parenting Patterns: The conceptualization of work addiction still varies, with different views regarding whether Workaholics are seen more as addicts or achievers, and whether work addiction is the result of investing high effort alone or a combination of high effort and a fundamental drive to work hard. 2) Social Emotional Condition of Children: Children of Workaholic parents show good self-awareness, responsibility for themselves, and prosocial behavior

SeTARA Daring is an LMS (Learning Management System) that helps in managing online classes in non-formal education. The concept of independent learning itself is relevant to government policy, namely independent learning which aims to provide a fun learning space for students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method where data is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies. National Education requires every student to be accustomed to mastering 21st century skills including communication, collaboration, critical and creative thinking in learning activities. 21st century skills are applied at SKB Negeri Surabaya through the project based learning (PjBL) learning model in Indonesian history subjects. Active involvement of students in learning activities triggers the emergence of learning motivation in students. This research aims to determine the relationship between the project based learning model in Indonesian history subjects and the learning motivation of package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya. This research uses associative quantitative methods with product moment analysis techniques. This research involved 62 package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya as respondents. The results of the product moment correlation test that was carried out obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.602 and a significance value of 0.000, meaning it has a positive relationship and is in the strong category. The results show that the learning motivation of package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya in Indonesian history subjects can be influenced by the application of tutors in using the project based learning model when learning in class.

Parenting patterns are the habits of parents in nurturing, nurturing (caring for and educating), and guiding children in the family. This research aims to determine the relationship between parental care and the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years in Padang Bandung Dukun Gresik. This research uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique using Product Moment Person with a sample of 50 parents of students at PAUD/TK Aisyiyah 7 Padang Bandung. Using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this research showed that the calculated r-value was greater than the r-table (0.287>0.278). And the relationship that occurs between the two variables is included in the low category because it is in the coefficient interval of 0.20-0.399. In this test the t-table is used to consider 𝛼 = 0.05 two-party test and dk = n-2 = 50-2 = 48, so the t-table used is 1.676. If we compare the t-count with the t-table, the t-count of 2.1669 is greater than the t-table of 1.676 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an important and unidirectional relationship between parenting patterns and the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years in Padang Bandung Dukun Gresik.

This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum for the Pancasila student profile of the mutual cooperation dimension in the waste management program at CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a type of field research, where data analysis involves collecting data, condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This research uses data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the existence of a waste management program that is oriented towards the independent curriculum of Pancasila student profiles can foster the character of students studying in CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia who are virtuous and have the character of Pancasila students, and can explore and increase the potential of students learning in accordance with existing dimensions and elements. in the Pancasila student profile. The application of the Pancasila student profile to waste management makes a substantial contribution to efforts to shape the attitudes and character of students and implement Pancasila values. Waste management activities at CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia are considered to be able to increase the ability of learning residents to grow in self-awareness to protect the environment around them, as well as being able to foster mutual cooperation behavior.

Training is a part of education that involves the acquisition and enhancement of skills outside the education system in a relatively short time by prioritizing practice. Angklung is one of the performing arts that is the pride of the Indonesian people, especially the people of West Java (and Banten). The purpose of this research is to know and describe that fostering children's love of culture can be through a simple way, namely with angklung training at Sanggar Alang-Alang Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that fostering love of culture can be through a simple way by participating in angklung training at the alang-alang Surabaya studio by providing material for students to memorize folk songs. The existence of complete angklung facilities is a supporting factor for students to be enthusiastic about practicing angklung.

Optimalisasi Karakter Gotong Royong Melalui Program Friendship Camp di PKBM Insan Cerdas Indonesia

The aim of this research is to describe the optimization of the friendship camp program on the character of mutual cooperation in CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia. The research method used is case study research. Data collection techniques through participant observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding research results. The result of this research is a friendship camp program organized by CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia starting from the planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. Planning is carried out with socialization and briefing activities. Organizing is done by forming a committee between tutors and students. The implementation was carried out for three days and two nights by strengthening the character of mutual cooperation through existing activities. Supervision is carried out by tutors. Evaluation is carried out after the friendship camp activities are carried out to see the mutual cooperation character of the students. From the program indicators, friendship camps can improve the character of mutual cooperation. This is proven by the behavior of students after participating in friendship camp activities.

Implementasi Project Based Learning dalam Menstimulasi Kreativitas Peserta Didik di PAUD SKB Mojoagung

Project-Based Learning has become an increasingly popular approach in early childhood education because of its potential to stimulate creativity, and active learning through projects that are interesting and relevant to everyday life. The focus of the research concerns the implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of project-based learning centers that play a role in stimulating the creativity of PAUD SKB Mojoagung students. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of PjBL in stimulating students' creativity. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was obtained using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that educators and parents ensure that students have access to adequate resources so as to support the process of stimulating their creativity. Inhibiting factors include limited funding allocations related to providing outdoor activities, lack of updating experimental equipment, limited educational resources. Supporting factors include students' enthusiasm for playing a professional role, extensive playing infrastructure, availability of APE such as costumes and playing equipment.

Community empowerment, especially in areas that have tourism potential, basically has the aim of realizing community welfare by involving the community's active role in its development. Utilizing natural resources and preserving Lake Ranu tourism can be part of community participation and implementation of empowerment for people who benefit from Lake Ranu tourism. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are the implementation or empowerment process that occurs with daily community activities as traders and community groups who are active in their participation in Lake Ranu tourism, tourism awareness groups who actively carry out major activities which also aim to promote Lake Ranu tourism. Community groups that take advantage of the fish wealth in Lake Ranu and participate in activities held by local community groups and tourism managers.

Learning activities are one of the successes of optimizing the potential of learners. Each student has different learning activities that are influenced by his or her personality or character. Individual personalities are classified as 2 extroverts and introverts. The purpose of this study is to find out the learner's learning activities according to his personality type. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive using participatory observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion. Results obtained from this study show that extrovert personality types favor short learning media, are active in verbal learning, have audio-verbal learning, record material when feeling needed, are bold in opinion, and have open emotional control. Introverted personality type learners like old visual learning media, like slightly verbal learning processes, have audio-visual learning, record material when feeling needed, have high memory, and have closed emotional control.

Father's involvement is related to increased prosocial behavior, especially in adolescents. Father's involvement in parenting with adolescent children's prosocial behavior is still rarely carried out. This research aims to deterimine and analyze the relationship between father's involvement in parenting and prosocial behavior of teenagers in RW 5 Manukan Kulon Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research to determine the level of correlation between variations in one factor and variations in one or more other factors. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between adolescent prosocial behavior and father involvement in parenting. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research used purposive sampling with subjects of 80 teenagers in RW 05 Manukan Kulon Surabaya. The results of this research show positive results and the two variables are stated in the same direction as evidenced by N = 80 with a significance level of 5%, so the r table value is 0.220 and degree of freedom (df) = 80 – 2 = 78, so the value of the r table is: (df= 78) = 0.220. So, it can be stated that 0.858 > 0.220 corresponds to (rcount > rtable). So it means that if fathers involve themselves in parenting, the level of prosocial behavior of teenagers will also be very high.

Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) Berbasis Profil Pamong Belajar Pada Kejar Paket C di SKB Gresik

If pamong belajar has the competence and potential to insert character education, it will indirectly shape the quality of character in accordance with the objectives of Strengthening Character Education (PPK). Character education is strengthened by providing understanding and emphasizing students on the five main values of PPK, namely: (a) religious character values, (b) independent character values, (c) nationalism character values, (d) mutual cooperation character values, and (e) integrity character values. This research focuses on: (1) the implementation of PPK, (2) the profile of learning assistants in the implementation of PPK. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the five main values of PPK in Study Group of Packages C students that is most prominent and easy to do through various activities is the value of religious character, although not all five values can be implemented, and (2) the involvement of learning assistants based on their educator profiles through planning, implementation, and assessment has not been maximized.

Service quality has a major role in shaping customer perceptions of an institution. Providing quality services is one of the strategies carried out by educational institutions to increase student satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of parents at the Air-LANGGA Ponorogo Learning Guidance and Motivation Institute. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study was 75 parents with a sample size of 43 parents. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, documentation and observation. Through the Product Moment correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained, where this value is smaller than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.664. If adjusted to the r value interpretation table, it is classified in the strong category. So it can be concluded that service quality has a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of parents at the Air-LANGGA Ponorogo Learning Guidance and Motivation Institute (BMB).

This research aims to describe the implementation stages and the driving and inhibiting factors for empowerment through alternative fertilizer production carried out by Gapoktan in empowering farmer groups. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were facilitators, Gapoktan members and farmer groups. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using 4 steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out with credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. Source triangulation and member checking are techniques used to check credibility in this research.The results of this research show that the role of Gapoktan Muji Makmur in empowering farmer groups through the production of alternative fertilizers in this implementation stage increases the independence of the residents of Bronjong Village which is influenced by the driving and supporting factors for empowerment.

This research aims to analyze and describe the application of the lapbook project-based learning model and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of the lapbook project-based learning model and the social skills of students in class XII package C equivalency PKN learning. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show, there are 6 stages of implementing the project-based learning model, namely 1) Providing basic questions at the start of learning, 2) Planning the project, 3) Scheduling the project activity stages, 4) Supervising the ongoing project, 5) Assessing, 6) Evaluating the project. The social skills of learning citizens are characterized by 3 things. First, being able to solve problems well, citizens learn to exchange ideas, they give each other opinions. Second, being able to interact and communicate effectively, citizens learn to be brave enough to express their opinions, dare to ask questions. Third, being able to work well together and helping fellow citizens learn to be sensitive to friends who need help, easy to talk to and to complete projects together. In its implementation there are supporting factors, namely learning media, facilities and infrastructure as well as the curriculum and social environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the lapbook project-based learning model process for improving social skills are physical and psychological factors and interest in learning.
