PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN DASAR dan PENGUKURAN LISTRIK dengan MENERAPKAN MPK TIPE STAD BERBASIS KURIKULUM 2013 di SMK NEGERI 3 SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik, respon siswa, perbedaan rerata hasil belajar siswa, dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Digunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Subyek penelitian adalah kelas X TIPTL 2 dan 3 SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014-2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni validasi ahli, angket, observasi, dan tes tulis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan menerapkan MPK tipe STAD berbasis Kurikulum 2013 dapat dikategorikan sangat layak dan lebih unggul dengan rata-rata hasil kompetensi sikap 85,80, rata-rata hasil belajar kompetensi pengetahuan 89,11, rata-rata hasil belajar kompetensi keterampilan berpikir kritis 87,94, dan rata-rata hasil belajar kompetensi keterampilan psikomotor 85,66, dengan memiliki hasil validasi pada silabus sebesar 86%, hasil validasi pada RPP sebesar 90%, hasil validasi pada LKS sebesar 88%, dan hasil validasi pada LP sebesar 81%; (2) respon siswa memiliki respon sangat baik dengan rata-rata hasil rating sebesar 91%; (3) rerata hasil belajar siswa lebih unggul dari siswa yang diajarkan model pembelajaran langsung, dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata hasil kompetensi sikap kelas eksperimen 85,80 dan kelas kontrol 82,89, rata-rata hasil belajar kompetensi pengetahuan kelas eksperimen 89,11 dan kelas kontrol 83,44, rata-rata hasil belajar kompetensi keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen 87,94 dan kontrol 84,67 dan rata-rata hasil belajar kompetensi keterampilan psikomotor kelas eksperimen 85,66 dan kelas kontrol 82,19; (4) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada pertemuan pertama dengan presentase 86%, pertemuan kedua dengan presentase 88%. Kedua pertemuan diperoleh kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the propernesess of basic teaching and learning set and electricity measurement, student’s response, the differences of students’ avarage score, and the feasibility of personality development courses using STAD Cooperative Learning Model in basic learning materials and electricy measurement. Used research methods research and development. The subject of the research were all tenth grade 2 and 3 of electric power installation engineering in SMK 3 Surabaya on third semester of academic year 2014-2015. The data collection techniuque used ekperts’ validation, questionnaire, observation, and written test. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The result of the research showed that: (1) the developed teaching and learning set of Personality Development Courses using 2013 Curicculum-Based STAD Cooperative Learning Model was categorized as very proper or advanced that of: the average score of behavior competence was 85.90, the average score of student’ cognitive competence was 87.94, and the average score of students’ psychomotoric competence was 85.66 in which the validation score of; syllabus was 86%, lesson plan was 90%, students’ worksheet was 88%, and scoring sheet was 81%, (2) students’ response was good with rating average score of 91%; (3) the average score of students thought by using Basic Teaching and Learnig Set and Measuring Electricity of 2013 Curriculum-Based STAD Cooperative Learning Model was better than of those students taught direct-learning model. It can be known that the competence average score of experimental class was 89.11 and 83.44 of control class, and the psychomotoric competence average score of experimental class was 85.66 and 82.19 of control class;  (4) the percentage of teaching and learning feasibility in the first meeting was 86%, and 88% in the second meeting, meaning that the two meetings  is categorized as good.
