PENGEMBANGAN TRAINER MINIATUR PINTU PERLINTASAN KERETA API BERBASIS PLC UNTUK MENINGKATKAN STANDAR KOMPETENSI MERANGKAI PLC DI SMK DWIJA BAKTI JOMBANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan trainer miniatur  pintu perlintasan kereta api meliputi validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan di SMK Dwija Bakti Jombang. Pengembangan trainer PLC ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu One-Shot Case Study. Uji coba trainer plc dilakukan pada peserta didik Kelas XII TTL 2 SMK Dwija Bakti Jombang sebanyak 26 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi trainer dan jobsheet, angket kepraktisan trainer, dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan triner  sangat valid untuk digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 90.28%. Untuk kepraktisan trainer dan jobsheet dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan persentase sebesar 91.5%. Sedangkan untuk keefektifan trainer PLC, hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan  dengan sebesar 84.61 dengan nilai KKM sebesar 75. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan trainer PLC yang layak meliputi validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan.

Abstract

This study aimed to produce the qualified trainer miniature railway crossing based PLC consist of validity, practically, and effectiveness at SMK Dwija Bakti Jombang.The development of plc trainer used 4-D model that consist of four steps. Those are define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research used One-Shot Case Study design. Plc trainer were implemented at XII TTL 2 at SMK Dwija Bakti Jombang with 26 students. The instruments used were validation sheet of PLC trainer and jobsheet, practically questionare of plc trainer, and student learning result test. The result of research showed that the validity trainer was very valid with a percentage of 90.28%. For the practically of trainer was very practical with a percentage of 91.5%. And for the effectiveness of student trainer, the student learning result was completeness with a 84.61 with KKM 75. Based on that result, this research produces the decent trainer PLC consist of validity, practically, and effectiveness.
