PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE AUTOPLAY MEDIA STUDIO 8 PADA MATA PELAJARAN PEREKAYASAAN SISTEM RADIO DAN TELEVISI KELAS XI AV DI SMK NEGERI 1 SIDOARJO

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan kurang maksimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran siswa secara mandiri. Siswa hanya menggunakan sumber belajar berupa buku. Oleh karena itu, solusi yang mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media yang layak ditinujau dari validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektifitas media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran Perekayasaan Sistem Radio dan Televisi di SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo.

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan R&D dengan menggunakan 7 tahap, yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validitas produk, revisi produk, ijucoba produk, analisis dan pelaporan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu One-Shot Case Study. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI TAV 1 SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo sebanyak 36 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi media, instrumen respon guru dan tes hasil belajar.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas media pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat valid dengan presentase sebesar 91,83%, untuk kepraktisan dinyatakan menggunakan respon guru terhadap media pembelajaran sangat baik dengan presentase sebesar 93,12%, dan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis AutoPlay Media Studio 8 dinyatakan baik dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 84%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Perekayasaan Sistem Radio dan Televisi Kelas XI AV di SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The study was problem’s background by the less maximum utilization of instructional media that is able to support the learning process independently. Students are only using the learning resource in the form of books. Therefore, solutions that are able to overcome these obstacles with the use learning media. The purpose of this study is to produce media worthy terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed learning media on subjects of the Engineering System of Radio and Television in SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo.

The development of this instructional media used the model of development of R&D and only used seven stages, which are the potential and  problem, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision and production, analysis, and reporting. The research design of the study was One Shot Case Study where the trials of the media was conducted on the X-TAV 1 class of SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo that consisted of 36 students. Data were collected using a sheet media validation, teachers response in form of questionnaire, and test results learning.

The result showed that the feasibility of the media  was very quaified to be implemented with the precentage of 91,83%, the response of theachers on the learning are very good with a percentage of 93,12%, and the learning outcomes of student after using media based learning AutoPlay Media Studio 8 is expressed either by the presentage of mastery learning outcomes by 84%. Thus is can be concluded that the learning media can be used as a support teacher in the learning processon the subjects of the engineering system of radio and television class XI AV in SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo
