PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER BERBASIS SMART RELAY ZELIO LOGIC UNTUK MELATIH KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PADA MATA PELAJARAN INSTALASI MOTOR LISTRIK DI SMK NEGERI 1 PUNGGING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran programmable logic controller berbasis smart relay zelio logic untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis yang layak meliputi validitas, kepraktisan dan keefetifan pada mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Pungging.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada pengembangan modul pembelajaran ini Research and Development (R&D) dengan non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Pungging kelas XI TIPTL 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI TIPTL 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kevalidan modul pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat valid/sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan prosentase 87%. Kepraktisan modul pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat praktis ditinjau dari respon peserta didik dengan prosentase 89% dan respon guru dengan prosentase 90%. Keefektifan modul pembelajaran, rerata hasil belajar pada kemampuan awal (pretest) peserta didik sebesar 49,87. Setelah menggunakan modul pembelajaran rerata hasil belajar kemampuan akhir (posttest) peserta didik menjadi 85,73 dan dinyatakn sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan modul pembelajaran yang layak meliputi validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a programmable logic controller learning module based smart relay zelio logic to train decent critical thinking skills including validity, practicality and effectiveness on electrical motor installation subjects at 1 Pungging Vocational High School.

The research used in the development of this learning module is Research and Development (R&D) method with non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were students of SMK Negeri 1 Pungging in class XI TIPTL 1 as a control class and class XI TIPTL 2 as an experimental class.

The results showed the validity of the learning module was declared very valid / very feasible to use with a percentage of 87%. The practicality of the learning module is stated to be very practical in terms of student responses with a percentage of 89% and the teachers response with a percentage of 90%. The effectiveness of the learning module, the average learning outcomes in the initial ability (pretest) of students is 49.87. After using the learning module the average learning outcomes of the final ability (posttest) of students become 85.73 and are very effective. Based on these results, this study produces appropriate learning modules that include validity, practicality and effectiveness.
