KESIAPAN GURU DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN KURIKULUMI 2013 STUDI KASUS PADA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK INSTALASI TENAGA LISTRIK SMK DI JAWA TIMUR

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana kesiapan guru produktif pada Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 yang dilihat dari aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru produktif Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri berjumlah 30 guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa SMK Negeri di Jawa Timur terkhusus di Kota Surabaya, Jombang, dan Mojokerto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan melalui penilaian para ahli. Data disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi yang berdasarkan hasil ketiga metode dan diinterpretasikan sesuai dengan kriteria indikator yang diukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pada aspek perencanaan proses pembelajaran kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 masuk dalam kategori Sangat Siap (81%-100%) dengan nilai rata-rata persentase kesiapannya sebesar 88,40%, (2) pada aspek pelaksanaan prose pembelajaran kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 masuk dalam kategori Sangat Siap (81%-100%) dengan nilai rata-rata persentase kesiapannya sebesar 89,07%, dan (3) pada aspek penilaian proses pembelajaran kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 masuk dalam kategori Sangat Siap (81%-100%) dengan nilai rata-rata persentase kesiapannya sebesar 87,87%.

Abstract
This research aims to obtain information on the how readiness of productive teachers of the Technical Expertice Program of Power Installation in implementing the Curriculum 2013 in terms of planning the learning process, implementing the learning process, and evaluating the learning process. This research is a descriptive research. The subjects of this research were productive teachers of the Technical Expertice Program of Power Installation of SMK Negeri with totaling 30 teachers. This research was conducted in several SMK Negeri in East Java specifically in Surabaya, Jombang an Mojokerto. Data collection using the questionnaires, observation and documentation. The validity test of the instrument is carried out through expert judgment. Data is presented based on conclusions from the results of the three methods and interpreted in accordance with the criteria of the measured indicator. The research result show: (1) teacher readiness in implementing the Curriculum 2013 in terms of planning the learning process included in the category of Very Ready (81%-100%) the average percentage of readiness is 88,40, (2) teacher readiness in implementing the Curriculum 2013 in terms of implementing the learning process into the Very Ready category (81%-100%) the average percentage of readiness is 89,07, and (3) teacher readiness in implementing the Curriculum 2013 in terms of assessment the learning process is in the Very Ready category (81% -100%) the average percentage of readiness is 87,87.
