PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN LEMARI PENDINGIN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DI SMK NEGERI 5 SURABAYA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang berupa modul pembelajaran lemari pendingin menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif pada standar kompetensi merawat dan memperbaiki peralatan pendingin di SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. Masalah pada penelitian ini antara lain, bagaimana modul ini layak digunakan sebagai modul pembelajaran, bagaimana respon siswa terhadap modul tersebut dan apakah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa antara yang menggunakan modul dan yang tidak menggunakan modul. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan modul pembelajaran yang disajikan dalam bentuk hard copy.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan metode penelitian research dan Development (R & D). dalam penelitian ini terdapat 7 tahapan, yaitu: (1) tahap analisis masalah, (2) tahap pengumpulan data, (3) tahap desain produk, (4) tahap validasi desain, (5) tahap revisi desain, (6) tahap ujicoba produk dan (7) tahap analisa dan pelaporan.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil validasi modul dinyatakan baik dengan rating 75,46%, hasil validasi RPP dinyatakan baik dengan rating 78%, hasil validasi butir soal posttest dinyatakan baik dengan rating 81,6%, dan hasil validasi modul oleh siswa dinyatakan sangat baik dengan rating 95,56%. Hasil belajar siswa diketahui dk = 28, = -7,569 sehingga nilai = -2,048 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Dan dengan sample paired test diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan modul pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar kelas yang tidak menggunakan modul pembelajaran. Dapat dikemukakan bahwa kelas yang menggunakan modul pembelajaran (kelas eksperimen) memiliki hasil belajar dengan nilai rata – rata 86,97 yang mana lebih baik daripada kelas yang tidak menggunakan modul pembelajaran (kelas kontrol) dengan nilai rata – rata 80,62.

Abstract

This research is the development of research that aims to produce a product in the form of learning modules of the refrigerator using cooperative learning model on the standard of competence is caring for and repairing of cooling equipment in SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. Problems on the research of this among other things, how the module is worthy of being used as learning modules, how student response against the module and whether an increase in student learning outcomes between using modules and who do not use the module. On the research learning modules produced are presented in the form of hard copy.

This research is research development using research methods research and Development (R D &). in this study there were 7 stages, namely: (1) the analysis of the problem, (2) the stage of data collection, (3) the design phase of products, (4) design validation stage, (5) the revision stage design, (6) test phase products and (7) the stage of analysis and reporting.

Based on the results of the research carried out, the results obtained as a validation module is declared either with a rating of 75,46%, the results of the validation of the RPP declared either with a rating 78%, results validation details reserved posttest expressed either by rating 81,6% and the results of the validation of the module by the students was very good with the rating 95,56%. Student learning outcomes in mind dk = 28, t_hitung = -7,569 so the value of t_tabel = -2,048 on a significant level of α = 0.05. And with paired sample test revealed that there is a significant difference between the results of the study classes that use learning modules with class learning outcomes that do not use learning modules. Can be put forward that classrooms that use learning modules (experimental class) has a median value of learning outcomes – align 86,97 which is better than a class that does not use the learning modules (grade control) with a median value – average 80.62.
