PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK PADA STANDAR KOMPETENSI MENGOPERASIKAN PERALATAN PENGENDALI DAYA TEGANGAN RENDAH DI SMKN 2 SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas dari perangkat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick;(2) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan perangkat model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick; (3) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa pada pembelajaran yang menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Talking stick.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis Penelitian dan Pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai enam tahap antara lain analisa masalah, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap desain produk, tahap validasi desain, tahap revisi desain, tahap ujicoba produk.

Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran dengan digunakan model pembelajaran tipe Talking Stick dinyatakan baik dengan hasil rating validasi silabus 81%, RPP 82,80%, LKS 81,95% dan bahan ajar  79,52% serta LP 80,71%. Sedangkan hasil rating angket respon siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick adalah 87,39%. Rata-rata Hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 80,33 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 72,75. Sedangkan perhitungan menggunakan uji t didapat nilai t hitung 5,919 dan untuk t tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% (0,05) adalah 2,04. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas yang menggunakan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan kooperatif tipe Talking stick mempunyai nilai hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.

This study aimed to: (1) know the quality of the learning by using cooperative learning model type Talking Stick on competency standard low voltage power controllers: (2) know the learning outcomes of students who use cooperative learning model type Talking Stick: (3) study the response of students to the learning that is supported by the type of cooperative learning model Talking Stick

The method used is a type of Research and Development or (R&D). In this study, only done up six stages including problem analysis, data collection stage, the stage of product design, design validation stage, stage design revisions, product testing phase.

Validation results show that the learning device that is used to group discussion methods types syndicate group is valid with the results of the validation rating syllabus 81%, RPP 82,80%, LKS 81,95% and module 79,52% and the LP 80,71 %. While the results of a questionnaire rating the student responses to the learning process by using group discussion type syndicate group was 87,39%. The average results of student learning in the classroom experiment at 80,33and the average value of the control class at 72,75. While the calculations obtained using t test t value 5,919 and t tables at the significant level of 5% (0.05) is 2,04.  Based on the above results it can be concluded that the development of the class using cooperative learning using.
