PENGEMBANGAN DAN UJI COBA TERBATAS TES KINERJA PSIKOMOTORIK PERBAIKAN MOTOR LISTRIK BERBASIS KINERJA DI INDUSTRI LISTRIK

Pelaksanaan tes hasil belajar perbaikan motor (PML) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mengutamakan faktor kehadiran siswa, kerapian dan hasil produk motor listrik asal berputar. Untuk aspek lainnya belum dievaluasi secara optimal dan belum didasarkan Standar Kompetensi Nasional Indonesia (SKNI) Perbaikan Motor Listrik (PML)  dan standar PML di industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model desain dan mengembangkan materi tes kinerja psikomotorik PML berbasis SKNI PML dan standar  PML di industri,  menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangannya, serta faktor yang mendukung dan penghambat implementasinya.  Metode  penelitian menggunakan Risearch and Development (R&D). Subyek penelitian 127 siswa SMK Negeri  2 dan SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. Penelitian diawali dengan analisis kesenjangan tes kinerja psikomotorik PML di SMK, SKNI PML  dengan  kenerja PML di industri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kesenjangan dilakukan pengembangan tes kinerja psikomotorik PML dengan desain  lembar kerja proyek dengan dilengkapi  lembar penilaian dan  rubrik penilaian pada aspek yang dilakukan, keterampilan, kemampuan, dan sikap dalam PML. Instrumen yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli teknologi pembelajaran, ahli evaluasi, dan ahli materi  PML.  Hasil validasi menunjukkan tes kinerja psikomotorik  yang dikembangkan layak digunakan. Berdasarkan  hasil uji coba, respon siswa dan guru, serta hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD) juga menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan layak dan dapat digunakan mengukur kinerja pikomotorik PML. Faktor pendukung penerapan tes adalah motivasi berprestasi siswa yang tinggi, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah perlu waktu lama melakukan pendekatan pada guru PML untuk melakukan perubahan dalam melakukan pengujian kinerja  psikomotorik PML sesuai standar di industri PML, serta keterbatasan sarana pendukung.

Abstract

Implementation achievement test motor repair (PML) in the Vocational School (SMK) priority factor student attendance, neatness and product yield electric motor rotating origin spun. For other aspects have not been evaluated in an optimal and not based Indonesian National Competency Standards (INCS) Repair Electric Motor (REM) and REM standards in the industry. This study aims to produce a model of the design and develop materials psychomotor performance tests based INCS REM and standards in the industry, analyze the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the factors supporting and inhibiting its implementation. The research method uses Risearch and Development (R & D). 127 students study subjects SMK 2 and SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. The study begins with a gap analysis of psychomotor performance tests in vocational REM, REM INCS with kenerja REM in the industry. Based on the results of the gap analysis conducted performance tests of psychomotor development of PML with the design of the project worksheets with fitted sheets and assessment and rubric assessment conducted on aspects, skills, abilities, and attitudes in the REM. Validated instrument developed by expert instructional technology, expert evaluation, and REM matter expert. Validation results show that developed psychomotor performance tests feasible for use. Based on the trial results, the response of students and teachers, as well as the results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) also showed that the instrument developed feasible and can be used to measure the performance of the REM pikomotorik. Factors supporting the application of the test is high student achievement motivation, whereas inhibiting factor is the long time needed to approach the teacher REM to make changes in psychomotor performance testing according to standards in the industry REM, and limited means of support.
