PERENCANAAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING (MRP) PADA PT. SEJATI JAYA

Di era globalisasi ini perusahaan saling bersaing untuk tetap eksis dalam bidangnya masing-masing, dalam proses produksi perusahaan dituntut untuk menghasilkan suatu produk berkualitas sesuai keinginan konsumen. Pabrik PT. Sejati Jaya adalah perusahaan perorangan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri benang jahit dan asesoris (tali,plastik,renda,dan webbing). Produksi benang dari tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2016 berturut-turut sebanyak 372.000 Kg, 414.000 Kg, dan 506.000 Kg, dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan 2,98 %. Permintaan konsumen yang tinggi seringkali tidak dapat terpenuhi karena stock bahan baku yang tidak mencukupi, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut peneliti mengambil penelitian dengan judul ”Perencanaan Persediaan Bahan Baku Produksi Dengan Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP)  Pada PT. Sejati Jaya”. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dengan langkah-langkan teknik analisa data peramalan, menentukan Jadwal Induk Produksi, menentukan Netting, Proses Lotting, Proses Offsetting, Proses Explosion.Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan menggunakan teknik Linear, permintaan bulan Januari sebesar 53.352 Kg, bulan Februari sebesar 54.201 Kg, bulan Maret sebesar 55.051 Kg, bulan April sebesar 55.900 Kg, bulan Mei sebesar 56.750 Kg, bulan Juni sebesar 57.599 Kg, bulan Juli sebesar 58.449 Kg, bulan Agustus sebesar 59.298 Kg, bulan September sebesar 60.148 Kg, bulan Oktober sebesar 60.997 Kg, bulan November sebesar 61.847 Kg, dan pada bulan Desember sebesar 62.696 Kg. Dari perhitungan Lot Sizing dengan menggunakan teknik Lot For Lot didapatkan biaya pemesanan sebesar Rp.35.988.604.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, companies compete to exist in their respective fields, in the production process the company is required to produce a quality product according to consumer desires. Factory PT. Sejati Jaya is an individual company engaged in the industry of sewing thread and accessories (straps, plastics, lace, and webbing). Yarn production from 2014 to 2016 was 372,000 kg, 414,000 kg and 506,000 kg, respectively, with an average growth of 2.98%. High consumer demand often can not be fulfilled because of insufficient stock of raw material, to overcome the problem the researcher took the research with title "Planning of Production Raw Material Inventory With Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Method At PT. Sejati Jaya ". In this study the method used is the method of observation with the steps of data analysis techniques forecasting, determining Master Production Schedule, determine Netting, Lotting Process, Offsetting Process, Explosion Process. Based on the results of the analysis, it was obtained using Linear technique, the demand in January was 53,352 Kg, the month of February was 54,201 Kg, the March was 55,051 Kg, the month of April was 55,900 Kg, the month of May was 56,750 Kg, June was 57,599 Kg, Of 58,449 Kg, in August at 59,298 Kg, in September of 60,148 Kg, in October of 60,997 Kg, in November at 61,847 Kg, and in December of 62,696 Kg. . From the calculation of Lot Sizing by using Lot Lot Lot technique, the reservation cost is Rp.35.988.604.
