Abstract

Varia Usaha Beton operates two SB 306 Multi Block Machines for paving production. The two Multi Block Machines SB 306 require a lot of input, namely Power, Operation Time, Material and Labor to produce an output (paving). Measurement of productivity on the two Multi Block SB 306 Machines is needed as an evaluation for companies in managing production factors so as to increase work productivity. Data Envelopment Analysis method is a methodology used to evaluate the productivity of a responsible decision-making unit using a number of inputs to obtain a targeted output. The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the productivity level of the SB 306 Multi Block Machine after using the DEA Method and (2) to find out which SB 306 Multi Block Machine had the highest and lowest productivity levels. 1. Based on the results of the analysis using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, it can be seen that In September 2020, the SB 306 Multi Block DMU 1 Machine has the lowest inefficiency 0.479865 and the SB 306 Multi Block DMU 2 Machine has the lowest inefficiency of 0.390314. Based on the results of the analysis using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, it can be seen that during the last 6 months, the SB 306 DMU 1 Multi Block Machine has a higher productivity level than the SB 306 DMU 2 Multi Block Machine.
