This is due to the simple and one-way KBM process. Therefore, this study wants to analyze the role or impact of the problem-based learning model on learning outcomes for class In line with the objectives, a quantitative approach method was applied relying on a pretest-posttest design on one group of subjects. In this study, the test was carried out twice, namely pretest then posttest with a simple multiple choice question model with a total of 25 questions. Data from the study results were analyzed by carrying out a normality test followed by a paired sample t test. The study found that the application of the problem-based learning model to the periodic maintenance elements of light vehicles had a significant effect on class 0.000, for t-count 52.776 &gt; t table 1.667. Thus, the problem-based learning model is included in the independent learning curriculum implementation strategy. The problem-based learning model focuses on problems that are relevant to students. The teacher's job is to involve presenting the problem, asking questions, and encouraging exploration and discussion. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of using problem-based learning model on critical thinking skills of vocational students. The method used is quantitative research with a pre-experiment design, specifically a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample is class XI TPM 2 with 33 students. Data collection is in the form of a subjective question test (Essay) of 5 questions, which is given at pretest and posttest. Data analysis was carried out parametric test, N-Gain score using spss statistic 26 software. The findings indicate that the paired sample t-test test produces a value (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is lower than the significance level of 0.05 (5%). It can be stated that the use of problem-based learning model has a significant impact on critical thinking skills of vocational students. In addition, the results of the n - gain score test obtained 57.9%, including the moderately effective category. One critical factor impacting the quality of educational results is the commitment to employ innovative learning media that harnesses contemporary digital technology. The Lathe Simulator app comprises a suite of software tools designed for lathe machine simulations, accessible through Android smartphones or PCs. This study sought to assess and analyze the influence of implementing the Project Based Learning (PBL) instructional model, aided by the Lathe Simulator app, on the academic performance of machining engineering students at SMKN 1 Driyorejo. The research methodology employed a Quasi-Experimental approach with a Nonequivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design. Data were gathered through pre-test and post-test assessments comprising 25 multiple-choice questions. The study population included students from the Mechanical Engineering Department at SMKN 1 Driyorejo, Gresik. The research sample consisted of 64 students from classes XI - TPM 1 and 3 within the Mechanical Engineering Department. Data analysis comprised descriptive-quantitative techniques such as normality and homogeneity tests, independent sample t-tests, and N-gain score assessments. The findings revealed a significant positive impact, evidenced by a two-tailed independent samples test yielding a significance value of 0.000. Additionally, the Lathe Simulator app's lifelike images, colors, and motion animations emulate real lathe machines, fostering student motivation and engagement in learning. Simulator digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu situasi yang mirip dengan situasi yang sebenarnya. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan simulator pada proses belajar mengajar dapat berpengaruh dengan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang maksimal sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian dengan paired samples t test menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. &lt; 0,05. Maka, media simulator mesin bubut 1K62 berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, hal itu karena adanya keunggulan yang terdapat pada media simulator tersebut&nbsp; yaitu memiliki kesamaan dengan mesin bubut sebenarnya, mulai dari bagian-bagian hingga cara kerja mesin bubut. This study strives to analyze the outcomes of utilizing Canva-based teaching media on students' critical thinking skills</em><em>, as well as students' responses during learning. The form of research applied in this</em><em> research is quantitative. xploratory experimental research employing a single-group pretest-posttest framework. </em><em>Sampling used Non-Probability Sampling with the Systematic Sampling method. The research population was students of class XI TPM SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya consisting of 2 classes and a combined count of 60 students. The analytical procedure</em><em> uses parametric tests and rash model analysis. The findings of the paired sample t-test indicated a two-tailed significance of 0.000</em><em>. This research hypothesis it can be concluded that H0 is disproved and H1 is confirmed. The intention of this study is to generate more effective learning aids for student use in learning. The evolution of this</em><em> learning media is in the form of a mini web using the Linktree platform. In developing this learning media, the research approach of Research and Development (R&amp;D)</em><em> was used with the Peter Fenrich development model which consists of the Inspection, Organization, Drafting, Construction, Execution, Assessment, and Modification step</em><em>s.</em><em> The individuals under study</em><em> were 10 students in class </em><em>11</em><em> of SMKN 1 Driyorejo, with data analysis using quantitative and descriptive quantitative methodologies. The outcomes of the</em><em> feasibility test by the validator show which the</em><em> learning media is categorized as </em><em>adequate for implementation</em><em>. Student learning outcomes have increased the pass percentage to 100% after using learning media. The research method used has a moderate effectiveness value according to the Meltzer criteria with an n-gain test calculation of 0.43. In the learning process, implementing a fluctuating and interesting learning model can prevent students from feeling tired and make the learning atmosphere enjoyable. The aim of this research is to analyze interest in learning and improve student learning outcomes in class XI lathe subjects. This type of qualitative research applies observational data collection techniques and tests using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) methodology. The data collected was then analyzed descriptively. The results of student interest in learning obtained a percentage of 67% with good criteria. The percentage of student learning gains was 91%. According to the results of observations and interviews with light vehicle engineering teachers specifically in the subjects of chassis maintenance and power transfer, the lack of learning media used during the learning process has an impact on low student learning outcomes. This research focuses on developing learning media for chassis maintenance and power transfer modules, especially on axle system material. The development of module learning media using the 4D model includes several main stages, namely: design, develop and disseminate. Module media validation includes three aspects, namely material, media and language aspects. Each aspect is assessed by experts. Student responses are used to determine student responses to the media being developed. The t-test was carried out to determine the level of effectiveness of student learning with this media. The validation results obtained were 0.91 in the material aspect, 0.79 in the media aspect and 0.88 in the language aspect with an average media module validity score of 0.86 which is in the high validity category. The response received a score of 95.27% which is in the very good category. The media module has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, as indicated by the calculated t value which is greater than the t table, namely 62.570 &gt; 2.0452. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is applied in class X TPM 2 in the field of study Fundamental of Mechanical Engineering. Data were obtained from questionnaire instruments, tests, and documentation. The result showed that The students' feedback was described as "Excellent.". There was an increase in learning outcomes where 86.11% of students were declared complete, with an average of 84.03. With a percentage of N-Gain score of 61.77% including in the “Quite Effective” category. One use of multimedia technology in learning is the use of learning media. The research objective in this study is to determine the development of interactive learning media on milling machine material at SMKN 1 Sidoarjo. This research uses a research and development methodology or known as Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo in August-September 2023. The results of this research were interactive learning videos in the form of learning videos which were validated by media experts and material experts with a very feasible category, the results of the validity test were with a value of 0.867 and the reliability test with a value of 0.766. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, peserta didik diajarkan untuk terlibat dengan lingkungan sekitar melalui simulasi pengalaman industri dalam komunitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kelayakan penggunaan bahan pembelajaran berbasis PowerPoint yang dibuat dengan ispring suite untuk pengajaran sistem EFI pada PKKR kelas XI TKR SMKN 1 JABON. Evaluasi akan dilakukan oleh ahli materi pelajaran, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, serta mencakup analisis tanggapan peserta didik terhadap materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengikuti model R&amp;D yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall. Penelitian ini melibatkan 15 orang peserta didik kelas XI TKR 2. Temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) hasil validasi ketiga ahli memuaskan, ahli materi memberikan skor 90,27 (memuaskan), ahli media memberikan skor 88,75 (memuaskan), dan ahli bahasa memberikan skor 89,81 (memuaskan). Setelah tahap validasi, dilakukan pengumpulan data untuk mengumpulkan tanggapan peserta didik. (2) Respon peserta didik terhadap materi pembelajaran memperoleh skor 88,88 yang menunjukkan penilaian sangat baik. Consequently, adjustments in teaching methods during the learning process are imperative. One effective approach that can be implemented is the problem-based learning (PBL) model. This research employs a quantitative method, specifically a quasi-experimental post-test only control design. The study focuses on all Class XI students in Light Vehicle Engineering at SMKN 3 Surabaya, with Class XI TKR 3 designated as the experimental group and another class as the control group, chosen based on their higher scores in critical thinking and interest in learning compared to the t-table value.
