Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi belum adanya data yang diambil mengenai kondisi fisik dan antropometri Tim bolavoli putra Magetan Yunior. Tim Bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior merupakan Klub bola voli di Magetan, dalam naungan Dinas Pemuda dan olahraga. Tim bola voli Magetan Yunior memiliki atlet-atlet berprestasi yang mampu bersaing dalam kejuaraan ditingkat daerah. Dalam perkembangannya bola voli memiliki teknik dan taktik yang semakin berkembang. Club Magetan Yunior memiliki atlet-atlet berprestasi yang mampu bersaing dalam kejuaraan ditingkat daerah. Kondisi fisik dan antropometri yang bagus akan membantu atlet utuk mencapai prestasi yang maksimal, dalam penguasaan teknik dan taktik . komponen kondisi fisik yang dimiliki atlet adalah Kecepatan reaksi, Kelentukan, Kelincahan, Kekuatan otot peras tangan, Kekuatan otot punggung, Kekuatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dan komponen antropometri yang dimiliki atlet adalah Tinggi Badan, Berat Badan, Panjang Lengan dan Panjang Tungkai. Metode dalam analisa ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan analisis pendekatan deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti data ilmiah tentang keadaan atlet terutama pada kondisi fisik olahraga bola voli, sehingga pelatih dan atlet memperoleh acuan untuk pembuatan progam latihan serta dapat mengembangkan prestasi atlet baik pada saat latihan maupun saat bertanding. Metode penelitian ini adalah atlet tim bolavoli putra Magetan Yunior yang sejumlah 12 orang. Kesimpulan: 1.) Kondisi fisik kelentukan tim bolavoli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong sedang. 2.) Kondisi fisik kekuatan otot peras tangan kanan dan kiri tim bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong sedang. 3.) Kondisi fisik kekuatan otot punggung tim bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong sedang. 4.) Kondisi fisikdaya ledak otot tungkai tim bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong sedang. 5.) Kondisi fisik kelentukan tim bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong baik. 6.) Kondisi antropometri berat badan dan tinggi badan tim bolavoli Putra Magetan Yunior mempunyai rata-rata 62.42 Kg dan 171.42 cm. 8.) Kondisi antropometri panjang lengan tim bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong Kurang. 9). Kondisi antropometri panjang tungkai tim bola voli Putra Magetan Yunior tergolong baik.Kata kunci: Analisis, Kondisi Fisik, Antropometri, Bolavoli

Volleyball Team Son Magetan Yunior is a Volleyball Club in Magetan, under the auspices of Youth and Sports Department. The Magetan Junior volleyball team has outstanding athletes capable of competing in regional championships. In its development the volleyball has a growing technique and tactics. Club Magetan Yunior has outstanding athletes capable of competing in regional championships. Good physical and anthropometric conditions will help the athlete to achieve maximum performance, in mastery of technique and tactics. the components of the physical condition of the athlete are the speed of the reaction, the elasticity, the agility, the muscle strength of hand squeeze, the strength of the back muscles, the force of explosive muscles of the limbs, and the anthropometric components of the athlete are height, weight, arm length and limb length. Methods in this analysis use quantitative analysis with descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to provide evidence of scientific data about the athletes condition, especially on the physical condition of volleyball, so that trainers and athletes get a reference for the preparation of training programs and can develop athletes achievements both during training and during matches. This research method is athlete of team of Bolet Junior Mens bolavoli that number 12 people. Conclusion: 1.) The physical condition of bolavoli team of youngster Son of Magetan Yunior is moderate. 2.) Physical strength of muscle strength squeezed right hand and left of volleyball team Son of Magetan Yunior classified moderate. 3.) The physical condition of the back muscle power of the Junior Youth Son volleyball team is moderate. 4.) The physical condition of muscular power of muscle limbs of the Junior Youth Son Volleyball team is moderate. 5.) The physical condition of the youth football team volleyball of the Junior Youth Magetan is quite good. 6.) The anthropometric condition of body weight and height of the Junior Youth Magistrates bolavoli team has an average of 62.42 kg and 171.42 cm. 8.) The anthropometric condition of the length of the arms of the Junior Youth Son Volleyball team is less. 9).
