PENGARUH LATIHAN DAYA TAHAN OTOT LENGAN RESISTANCE BAND DAN DUMBELL TERHADAP AKURASI TUSUKAN PADA CABANG OLAHRAGA ANGGAR (Studi Kasus Pada Atlet Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya)

Pada atlet Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya, rata-rata memiliki ketepatan akurasi yang kurang. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan latihan daya tahan otot untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Peneliti ingin mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan daya tahan otot Lengan Resistance Band dan Dumbell terhadap akurasi tusukan pada cabang olahraga Anggar (Studi kasus pada atlet Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Quasi Experimen Design pendekatan (Pretest Post-test) Control group Design. Jumlah sampel penelitian 20 Atlet Anggar putra Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data daya tahan otot Resistance Band dan Dumbell terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi tusukan. Hasil peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan (Push-up 60 detik) dan peningkatan terhadap akurasi (Kuhadja Fencing Tes).

Hasil menunjukan kelompok Resistance Band dan kelompok Dumbell pada peningkatan daya tahan otot memiliki nilai signifikan Sig-(2-tailed) 0,00 yaitu hasil dibawah 0,05. Hasil pada peningkatan akurasi pada kelompok Resistance Band dan Dumbell memilki nilai Sig-(2-tailed) 0,00 nilai hasil yaitu dibawah 0,05. Hasil Post-test pada kelompok Resistance Band daya tahan otot lengan Mean sebesar 34,0 dan akurasi Mean sebesar 9,6. Pada kelompok Dumbell menunjukan hasil Daya tahan otot lengan Mean sebesar 35,0 dan akurasi Mean sebesar 9,8. Latihan menggunakan Resistance Band dapat meningkatkan daya tahan otot lengan sebesar 4% dan akurasi sebesar 8%. Latihan menggunakan Dumbell dapat meningkatkan daya tahan otot lengan sebesar 5% dan akurasi sebesar 10 %. Berdasarkan Penjelasan tersebut maka latihan menggunakan Dumbell memberikan efek yang lebih signifikan daripada menggunakan Resistance Band terhadap akurasi tusukan pada cabang olahraga Anggar.

Abstract

In the Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya athlete, the average accuracy is lacking accuracy. Therefore it takes muscle endurance exercise to improve accuracy. Researchers want to know the effect of resistance training of arm resistance bands and dumbbells on the accuracy of punctures in the fencing sport (a case study on Gasta fencing club athletes in Surabaya). This research uses a quantitative method Quasi Experiment Design approach (Pretest Post-test) Control group Design. The number of research samples are 20 male fencing athletes from Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya. Based on the results of research and data analysis of Resistance Band and Dumbell muscle endurance to increase endurance ability of the arm muscle and puncture accuracy. The results of increased arm muscle endurance (Push-up 60 seconds) and an increase in accuracy (Kuhadja Fencing Test).

The results showed the Resistance Band and Dumbell groups on increasing muscle endurance had significant Sig- (2-tailed) 0.00 ie results below 0.05. The results on increasing accuracy in the Resistance Band and Dumbell groups have a Sig- (2-tailed) value of 0.00 with a yield value below 0.05. Post-test results in the Resistance Band muscle endurance group Mean arm is 34.0 and Mean accuracy is 9.6. In the Dumbell group the results showed that the muscular endurance of the mean arm was 35.0 and the accuracy of the mean was 9.8. Exercises using Resistance Bands can increase arm muscle endurance by 4% and accuracy by 8%. Exercise using Dumbell can increase arm endurance by 5% and accuracy by 10%. Based on this explanation, training using Dumbell has a more significant effect than using Resistance Bands on puncture accuracy in fencing.
