ANALISIS KONDISI FISIK ATLET SENAM ARTISTIK KONI SIDOARJO TAHUN 2018 DAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kondisi fisik atlet senam artistik KONI Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018 dan tahun 2019. 2). Untuk mengetahui hasil perolehan medali KONI Sidoarjo pada kejuaraan PORPROV JATIM 2019 cabang olahraga senam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif ex post facto . Populasi yang digunakan adalah populasi terbatas atau finite yaitu atlet senam artistik yang berlomba pada PORPROV Jawa Timur 2019, dengan total seluruh atlet 4 atlet senam artistik, 3 atlet artisitk putra dan 1 atlet artistik putri.

Analisis dilakukan dengan mencari nilai rata-rata pada tahun 2018 dan pada tahun 2019, dan mencari nilai selisih rata-rata pada tahun 2018 dan pada tahun 2019, serta mencari hasil perolehan medali pada kejuaraan PORPROV Jawa Timur tahun 2019. Dari data dapat diperoleh kesimpulan :

1). Terdapat perbedaan antara kondisi fisik atlet senam artistik KONI Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018 dan tahun 2019, dimana kondisi fisik atlet senam artistik putra KONI Sidoarjo pada tahun tahun 2019 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018. Sedangkan kondisi fisik atlet senam artistik putri KONI Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019.

2). Berdasarkan perolehan medali KONI Sidoarjo pada kejuaraan PORPROV JATIM 2019 cabang olahraga senam, prestasi bukan hanya dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fisik saja, melainkan faktor teknik, taktik, dan mental juga sangat mempengaruhi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1). To find out the difference in the physical condition of the KONI Sidoarjo gymnastics athletes in 2018 and 2019. 2). To find out the results obtained from KONI Sidoarjo in the last championship PORPROV JATIM 2019 gymnastics. This research uses quantitative research with an ex post facto descriptive research method. The population used is limited or limited, namely artistic gymnastics athletes competing in PORPROV East Java 2019, with a total of 4 athletes, 3 artistic athletes, and 1 female artistic athlete.

The analysis was carried out by looking for the average value in 2018 and 2019 and looking for the average value difference in 2018 and in 2019, and looking for the results of the strengthening of the previous championship in East Java PORPROV in 2019. From the conclusions obtained :

1). KONI Sidoarjo artistic athletics in 2018 and 2019, where the physical conditions of KONI Sidoarjo artistic gymnastics in 2019 were better than in 2018. The athletic sports of the KONI Sidoarjo womens artistic gymnastics in 2018 were better compared to 2019.

2). Based on the agreement, KONI Sidoarjo in the previous championship PORPROV JATIM 2019 gymnastics, achievements are not only based on physical conditions, reinforcement factors, challenges, and mental are also very influential.
