ANALISIS KEBUGARAN JASMANI SMPN 1 SUMENEP dan MTs AL - KARIMIYYAH YANG DILIHAT DARI VO2 MAX, IMT, KONSENTRASI dan PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a comparative level of students of SMP Negeri 1 Sumenep and Mts Al-Karimiyyah in Sumenep Regency on the aspects measured were the fitness component VO2Max, Body Mass Index (BMI), Concentration, and Student Achievement. The number of research samples used in this study were 15 students in each school. This type of research is to use quantitative research methods. In accordance with the objectives of the study is to obtain empirical data related is there a relationship between 3 independent variables to 1 dependent variable namely the level of VO2Max, Body Mass Index (BMI), concentration of learning as the independent variable while the level of academic achievement as the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is that Sumenep Public Middle School 1 is superior in the VO2 Max, IMT, and Academic Achievement aspects, while the Concentration aspect has the same score category, which is sufficient.
