Abstract

Futsal is a sport that requires good technical quality. The technique is said to be good if it is carried out in accordance with the principles of biomechanics, so that it will produce movement efficiency. In the process of passing movement, there are several factors, namely the length of the forward swing, knee angle, and knee angular velocity. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the three factors had a relationship with the speed of the ball and which of the three factors contributed most to the dominant in the implementation of the passing technique. In this study using the correlation method, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests and partial determination tests. The sample used amounted to 5 athletes of UKM futsal men, State University of Surabaya. Instruments in data collection using a 60 fps camera and video analysis kinovea. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between the length of the forward swing, knee angle, and knee angular velocity with respect to ball speed. The knee angle factor has the greatest contribution with a value of 98.3%.
