PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA BODY BALANCE TERHADAP HASIL SHOOTING PADA OLAHRAGA PENATQUE

Abstract

Petanque adalah olahraga yang bentuk permainan boules yang berujuannya menghantarkan bosi ketarget atau sasaran yang diinginkan dengan.bola.kayu.yang.disebut jack.dan.kaki.harus.berada.di.lingkaran.kecil.atau circle. Yang dimaikan oleh dua tim diatas sebidang tanah yang rata, petanque memiliki.dua.teknik.yaitu.pointing.dan.shooting..Pointing .teknik.mendekatkan.Boules.ke sasaran..Shooting.menembak.boules.lawan..Dalam.melakukan .shooting.dipengaruhi.oleh.berbagai.faktor,.seperti.faktor.fisik,.teknik,.taktik,.dan.mental..Faktor.ini.merupakan.indikator.keberasilan.prestasi.seorang.atlet.

Dalam.penelitian.ini.menggunakan.pendekatan.kuantitatif.dengan.analisis menggunakan.meotode.deskriptif,.karena.menggambarkan.besar.sumbangan.dari.media body balance terhadap hasil shooting pada olahraga petanque.

Dari data yang diolah, secara keseluruhan memberikan rerata yang di peroleh antara rerata pretest dan posttest yaitu 9.40 menjadi 16.40. Hasil data uji hipotesis dependent.sample.t-test.yang.telah.dilakukan.dengan.bantuan.SPSS juga menujukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif alat media Body Balance terhadap hasil shooting.

Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Body Balance Terhadap Hasil Shooting Pada Olahraga Petanque.

Petanque is a sport in the form of a game of boules that aims to deliver the target or desired target with a wooden.ball.called a jack.and.the.feet.must.be.in.a.small.circle. Which.is.played by two teams on a flat piece of land, petanque.has.two.techniques,.namely .pointing.and.shooting..Pointing.is.a.technique.to.bring.Boules.closer.to.the.target..Shooting.is.shooting.the.boules.of.the.opponent..Shooting.is.influenced.by.various.factors,.such.as.physical,.technical,.tactical,.and.mental.factors..This.factor.is an.indicator.of.thlete's successful achievement.

In this study using a quantitative approach with analysis using descriptive methods, because it illustrates the large contribution of body balance media to the shooting results in petanque sports.

From the processed data, as a whole, the average obtained between the pretest and posttest means is 9.40 to 16.40. The results of the dependent sample t-test hypothesis test data that.have.been.carried.out.with.the.help.of.SPSS also.show.that.there.is.a.positive effect of the Body Balance media tool on the shooting results.
