Abstract
Soccer players are required to have basic technical mastery and good physical condition because it is one of the requirements to become a quality player and have high skills in playing soccer. It is hoped that a good physical condition can obtain maximum performance. Researchers observed athletes from the Dusun Makmur Soccer Association (PSDM) Kebonduren U-15 Soccer School (SSB) in Blitar Regency in several matches that were followed and found several problems, such as experiencing fatigue before the match was over so they could not play optimally and had not achieved any achievements. which are desired. Seeing the importance of the role of the physical condition of soccer athletes, the researcher wants to analyze the physical condition of the U-15 PSDM Kebonduren SSB athletes in Blitar Regency, to see the level of physical condition that can be used as a benchmark in the soccer. The physical conditions assessed were aerobic endurance, speed, agility, and leg muscle power. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were SSB PSDM Kebonduren U-15 athletes in Blitar Regency as many as 15 athletes. The instruments of this research are the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), 30-meter run, shuttle run, and Standing Long Jump. The data from the test is then processed and calculated using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study are. 1) Average aerobic endurance ability 44.22 ml/kg/min in the "Poor" category. 2) Average speed capability of 4'66 seconds in the "Medium" category. 3) Average agility ability of 14'50 seconds in the "Medium" category. 4) The average ability of leg muscle power is 202.2 cm in the "Poor" category.
