The topic of this research is the Effect of Ball Feeling Training on Improving Dribbling Ability in Female Futsal Athletes in Tulungagung Regency. The aim of this research is that the author tries to prove that ball feeling training has an effect on dribbling skills in female futsal athletes. The design of this research uses a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. One Group Pretest-Posttest Design is an experiment carried out on one group only without a comparison group. Data analysis in this research is the Prerequisite Analysis Test and Hypothesis Test. From the results of the analysis prerequisite tests, the data used is normal. Meanwhile, in hypothesis testing. The researcher's hypothesis was accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence of ball feeling training on the dribbling abilities of Tulungagung female futsal athletes.
