Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai bagimana latihan interval intensitas tinggi mempengaruhi daya tahan pemain futsal. Telah dibuktikan bahwa latihan interval intensitas tinggi yang memerlukan waktu istirahat singkat setelah periode aktivitas intens, bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas anaerobik dan aerobik. Pendekatan latihan ini sesuai sesuai untuk futsal karena permainan ini menuntut daya tahan tingkat tinggi dan kinerja puncak. Baik kelompok perlakuan maupun kelompok kontrol mengikuti tes awal dan tes akhir sebagai bagian dari penyelidikan eksperimental ini yang menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental. Dua puluh pemain futsal menjadi sampel, dan mereka dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan, yang menerima latihan interval intensitas tinggi dan kelompok kontrol, yang menerima instrukti futsal konvensional. Sebelum dan selama intervensi, tes kebugaran multi tahap digunakan untuk menentukan daya tahan aerobik. Sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh nilai 0.006 dan 0.004 < (0.05), daya tahan aerobik kelompok perlakuan secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada kelompok kontrol. Hasil-hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan latihan interval intensitas tinggi dapat menjadi taktik yang berguna untuk meningkatkan daya tahan pemain futsal.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to assess how high-intensity interval training affects futsal players' endurance. It has been demonstrated that high intensity interval training, which entails a brief rest time after a period of intense activity, is beneficial for boosting both anaerobic and aerobic capacity. This training approach is appropriate for futsal as the game demands a high level of endurance and peak performance. Both the treatment and control groups took pretests and posttests as part of this experimental investigation.hich used a quasi experimental approach. Twenty futsal players made up the sample, and they were split into two groups the treatment group, which received high-intensity interval training, and the control group, which received traditional futsal instruction. Prior to and during the intervention, a multistage fimess test was used to determine aerobic engrance. As evidenced by the values 0.006 and 0.004 < (0.05), the experimental group's aerobic endurance was significantly higher than that of the control group. These results suggest that the high intermity interval training approach may be a useful tactic for improving futsal players' endurance.
