Pengaruh Latihan Kombinasi Speed Endurance Training dan Small Sided Games Terhadap Kemampuan Aerobik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh dari latihan kombinasi Speed Endurance Training (SET) dan Small Sided Games (SSG) terhadap kemampuan aerobic pemain sepakbola di klub GRESTARA FC. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 15 pemain sepakbola usia 16-18 tahun yang mengikuti program latihan selama 12 pertemuan selama periode 4 minggu. Pengukuran kemampuan aerobic dilakukan menggunakan Yo-Yo Intermittent Test level 1, dengan nilai pretest dan posttest dicatat untuk setiap subjek. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji hipotesis paired t-test. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai statistik Shapiro-Wilk adalah 0.947 dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0.472, sedangkan untuk data posttest, nilai statistik Shapiro-Wilk adalah 0.952 dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0.562 menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest dengan hasil (sig 2-tailed 0.000), menunjukkan bahwa intervensi latihan SET dan SSG efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan aerobic pemain. Hal ini merupakan bukti yang kuat untuk mendukung hipotesis bahwa latihan kombinasi SET dan SSG berkontribusi secara positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan aerobic pemain sepakbola muda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa latihan kombinasi antara Speed Endurance Training (SET) dan Small Sided Games (SSG) memberikan pendekatan holistik yang tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas aerobic, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan aspek teknis-taktis dalam konteks permainan yang lebih realistis.
